My friends and I booked this beautiful beachfront villa in La Paz and had a great experience. The place was very relaxing with amazing views. The team of hosts reached out to let us know about all the services and amenities. MTN vacation rentals were very responsive and communicated well before and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend booking there rentals.

Amazing location, right on the beach. Very private and absolutely perfect for relaxing, beach activities and easy access to the Marina. Water taxis and vans from the marina to the house are very convenient and can be scheduled any time. Ruben, Griselda and the rest of the crew were super responsive, helpful and very kind. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

The house, and especially the amenities and all the equipment they provide, are magnificent. Being on the beach by ourselves and being able to get to downtown La Paz on the complex's small but impeccable ferry is wonderful.

Beautiful house and pool, extremely private and quiet, wonderful staff, very helpful and responsive. Great to have the marina with just a short boat ride to the center, everything walkable. House was impeccable. The steam room was amazing and when the jacuzzi got very hot! We loved kayaking with the dolphins in the morning and watching the sun set. As other reviewers mentioned, we had to ask to have the pool heated, and there were a few intermittent issues with gas but the host was very responsive and managed to fix everything expediently. Note to future stays: ask what groceries are already provided before you send a list: for example, we asked for them to buy coffee and rice, but there was already lots of both at the rental. While we had a rental car, we barely used it, and using the road to get in/out of the development was long and bumpy, and sometimes there was no guard at the gate to let us in/out. You likely can spend the week without a car if excusions are organized.

The best. The housekeepers/cooks are amazing, the welcome dinner and breakfast was so delicious and the warm kind spirit of them was such a gift. Try he location of this home is incredible. I almost don’t want to write too raving a review cause I wish this place was my own little secret!!

The house is very nice and, due to its location (you get there and leave by ferry), it is ideal for relaxing. Therefore, consider the cook service and grocery shopping service (additional and per event) from day one. In some houses I have stayed in, there is a person who regularly (if not daily) checks the pH of the pool and adds the necessary chemicals, which in this case did not happen for a 3-night stay. Other than that, I highly recommend it. It is very well equipped and the surroundings feel safe at all times.
