Overall satisfied with the apartment. It was clean and inviting. The beach location is fantastic, and the unit is well-equipped with everything needed to cook and relax. The complex feels very safe with a guarded entry, and the staff is responsive, helpful, and great with recommendations. However, there are a few downsides given the price. There are no views (beachfront, sunset, etc.), and the balcony is fully obstructed and not very private. Hot water pressure is weak, takes ~5 minutes to heat, and drops significantly if another faucet is used. The washer has mold, leaving clothes musty. A dog barked nightly, making sleep difficult. FYI, the third bedroom is outside the main unit. However, it is a nice bedroom with its own bathroom including a walk-in shower. Overall, I would recommend it if you’re okay with these trade-offs. The easy walk to and from the beach is a major highlight.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the beach access and the pool was always quiet and clean. The neighbor has a dog that likes to bark about 10 pm. Hosts were responsive and extremely helpful when we ran into issues with other parts of our vacation that we booked ourselves.

This 3-bedroom condo was huge and more than enough for 2 people! There was a separate entrance for the 3rd bedroom which we did not use. We were in 4C and did not really have an ocean view which was disappointing. We took advantage of the washer/dryer and the labels in English were a HUGE plus! Our main complaint was the A/C, it just wasn't efficient enough for our liking. A technician checked things out and determined the thermostat needed to be replaced. It would get down to 72 degrees F during the overnight hours but during the extreme heat and humidity during the day, by the time we went to bed it was up to 83 degrees F but it wasn't unbearable so we told them not to bother fixing anything during our stay (4 nights). The fan in the bedroom was extremely helpful. So if you like it very cold during the day, you won't get that. Other than that, this condo had more than we needed. Anything you could ever want/need was available, and then some! I would highly recommend this condo.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences. Everything about the location and space was perfect. They were very responsive and the condo was set up with everything you could possibly need! I didn’t want to leave and I hope to be back!

Perfect location for our family with little kids. Cannot beat pool and beach all in one spot. Walkable to restaurants in town. Condo was clean and exactly as described.
