The Space
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers an excellent location right in the heart of town, just across the street from Tamarindo Beach. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing from your private balcony in this recently remodeled, fully furnished 1,600 square foot unit within the Sunrise gated community.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. A travel crib is available upon request through our concierge team, subject to availability and an additional charge.
The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. The condo also includes:

- Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room
- 24-hour security

Guests have access to a large resort-style pool featuring a cascading waterfall and ample space to unwind.
As a welcome gift, guests receive a complimentary basket containing coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. Additional amenities include beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.
For security purposes, the person who made the reservation must present identification at check-in. Your cooperation is appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was right outside our door. It is located close to many restaurants, shops and across the street from the beach.

The apartment is very well located, and the beach can be reached in 2 minutes. In addition, the apartment was very clean, and the pool was in front of the terrace. Right in the middle of things, but still quiet and with enough privacy.

What a wonderful stay we had. Highly recommend. Everything was better than expected - the place was beautiful, clean, lots of space for two parents and 4 kids (11, 12, 14, 15 years old), pool just outside the door. Lovely decor. Lots of thought put into the unit. Cooler, beach chairs and towels, ice packs in freezer were all appreciated. The beach, shops, market, small grocery store, surf shops, and restaurants are just steps away. Fabulous location. We thought we might take our car to explore other beaches but never did as we had everything we needed and loved Tamarindo so much. There were a few minor issues/questions that we had and the owners were responsive.

We had an amazing stay in Tamarindo! The poolside patio made it so easy for us to go back and forth from the beach to the pool all week long! Our kids especially loved the waterfall in the pool and the kitchen was well stocked! Highly recommend staying here!!!

I visited Costa Rica for 2 weeks this February and stayed at Sunrise 1 Condo thru Blue Zone Experience. The condo exceeded expectations and was better than the pictures showed. The location could not have been better. Just a couple minutes’ walk to the beach; the same to the grocery store; many souvenir shops; and SO MANY great restaurants nearby. We never cooked, although the kitchen is well equipped and BBQ is provided. We are a family aged 75 to 4. Access to the pool was perfect for my grandkids just off the patio, loving every minute of their vacation. And a playground right outside the front door. We were even visited by a family of Howler monkeys. The Blue Zone staff (Denisse was our concierge) was amazing. Every request was attended to with great detail. We booked Airport transport; Dinner reservations; Transport service for excursions; and the Diamante Excursion. I highly recommend Sunrise 1 and the Blue Zone Experience. We definitely will return to Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Unlike other rentals we've stayed at, it actually looked better in person than in the photos! The location is unbeatable. Beach directly across the street, multiple coffee shops and a grocery store within 100 yards. Everything you need is within walking distance. Our specific unit was perfect too. The walkout porch opens right onto the pool area, and being the first unit at the property entrance made access incredibly convenient. The pool was fantastic and our 10-year-old loved it. Fellow guests were all friendly, and many of them with kids of their own. This is exactly the kind of place we look for when traveling: central to all the fun, true to its listing, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend!!

superb and very spacious apartment. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean and really good touches such as plentiful beach towels, shampoo etc. The pool was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable too. We loved it.
