The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends. Inside, you’ll find new tile flooring, fresh paint, and modernized bathrooms and kitchen.
The living room includes a reupholstered couch, loveseat, and chair, along with a 40-inch flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day at the beach. The dining area has seating for six at the table and three additional bar stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for group meals or casual breakfasts.
The fully equipped kitchen contains everything needed for cooking at home, including:

- Egg cooker
- Standard coffee maker
- Keurig K-cup machine (please bring your own pods, as K-cups are not readily available locally)
A Pur water pitcher is provided, and the building benefits from a UV blue-light filtered water system. The kitchen bar also houses phones, the Wi-Fi modem, and an information binder to help you settle in. A combo washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall closet.

We had such a nice stay at Robert’s place. We walked to some great restaurants and there was surfing right on our beach. My kids loved it!

Kylie was very responsive and very accommodating. The views were great - we had a chance to see many whales in the distance. The space was roomy and the buildings are right on the beach with easy access to walk the beach.

I could not more highly recommend this condo and Rob as your host. Perfect for families or couples. The Las Olas complex provides a secure, safe, comfortable, fun place to stay right on the beach and within walking distance to four surf breaks for all levels. Las Olas is less than 10 minutes ride to multiple great restaurants in San Jose del Cabo. Rob's unit itself was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, with great AC and fans. Moreover, we encountered a small hiccup when arriving on a Sunday evening and Rob and his great property manager, Mauricio, jumped on it immediately and helped us resolve it to great effect. Bottom line...this is what you want...great place, great location, great value, and great owner and support staff. We will be back.

This place is great and Rob is a great host - super responsive while we were there, took care of everything. We only stayed for three nights and had never been and this place fit us well. The grounds are extremely clean and well kept, the pool is really nice, and the whole vibe is extremely laid back. The unit is clean, stocked, and ready to go. Could not be more ready to go. Towels, kitchen, the whole deal. The one "con" I'd mention is the road - if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or use the white noise machines Rob provides. The major "pro" I'd mention is the beach - it's right there, very swimmable, and has all levels of surfing steps away. It's extremely plug-and-play.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was a nice location, comfy and clean, easy, friendly, relaxing, and a great view. We surfed a few times everyday, watching the breaks from the balcony to decide if it was time to surf more. Plenty of food and shopping near by. We had a great trip and hope to come back soon. Thanks Rob!!!

What a great few days! The condo was well-appointed and comfortable and the neighbors quirky and friendly. It was great to be on a surfable beach for quick access. The pool was lovely and the beach perfect. We will be back!
