We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Guest access Only guests will enjoy the apartment and common areas. The pool is shared with other residents of the apartment and guests, when enjoying these areas we will only ask you to respect the condominium rules. During your stay, the bracelet gives you full access to the property, including the pool and parking. You must wear your bracelet throughout your stay and the security personnel will remove it when you check out. If you do not use it, the condominium administration will impose a fine, making the use of the bracelet mandatory. Each guest must provide a copy of their photo identification (passport/license) prior to arrival. Identification is required at check-in. Other things to note The condominium has a security booth where they will ask for your identification to access. You must share the official identifications of each guest at least 72 hours before your arrival so that we can authorize your access to the condominium with the administration. When enjoying the pool and the beach, you must respect the condominium regulations and take the corresponding precautions since lifeguard service is not provided. Tap water in Mexico is not drinkable. During your stay remember to be clean, throw garbage in the indicated deposits, and do not leave food that could attract insects or animals. Remember that you rent an Airbnb and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or a change of towels, consumables are courtesies for the first night or two, if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant. The cleaning fee includes the cleaning before and after your stay. In stays of more than one week, our cleaning staff can assist you to keep the place clean and tidy, if requested with an additional charge of $ 40 dollars per cleaning. Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be green. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open as it can decompose. Don't lose your key, elevator card or bracelet! They can be replaced, however there will be a fee of $1000 pesos for the card, bracelet $150.00 and $200 pesos for the key... please take care of them.

The facilities are everything. The immaculate pool, the well-kept green areas, and the clean and quiet beach. We really enjoyed them. The apartment is very small, maximum 4 people; for a young marriage with 2 children. It needs maintenance in general, no door closed well, nor the bathroom door. The kitchen is very uncomfortable and has what is strictly indispensable. Plastic glasses, plates and platens would be appreciated for the beach and an ice maker. The secondary bedroom does not have a drawer or closet to keep clothes. A night lamp to favor rest in the bedrooms would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Alexandre's place. He and his co-host were very helpful and responsive. The location was wonderful because the pool and beach are private to the apartment complex and the staff kept the area and beach really clean. While it felt like a safe area, there was not a ton of stuff to do within walking distance, but we did find a few good restaurants and the ferry to Isla Mujeras was a 5 minute walk away. We didn't cook in the apartment, but it seemed to have everything one would need. The hosts also helped us arrange a ride to and from the airport. Like other folks said, the decor is a bit outdated, but we didn't mind with such a great location and nice hosts. It was a great value.

Really appreciated the quick response time and being escorted to our room so that we had someone to ask questions. We were coming and going at the wee hours of the morning and late at night, so it was comforting that there were employees at the entrance/exit at all times. It's about an hour from Xcarat , which was a blast! We had a lovely time!

The perfect unit if you want to be in the hotel zone and skip the beach party crowds and all-inclusive hoards. Everything looks exactly as is in the photos. The host is organized and gives easy instructions and is available to help with questions during your stay. The pool is very nice and the beach is private compared to other hotel zone locations. The waves never get big there because it is a sheltered area. Kitchen is a bit dated but very functional-hopefully no one is traveling to Cancun to critique kitchens anyway! We found the master bed to be a bit small (double) Easy to catch the bus nearby and quickly get to anywhere on the strip. This is the spot if you are looking for quiet in a party town and want to do your own thing.

Alexandre's place in Cancun is a true gem! Located right in front of the beach, it offers stunning views and easy access to the sea. The surrounding area is filled with great places to explore. Alexandre's communication was excellent, making the place easy to locate. I had a fantastic time and would return anytime. Highly recommended!
