Micaela Residence is a luxurious four-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, located in an exclusive private beachfront community in Cancún’s Hotel Zone. It is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and style.

The villa offers a refined setting for relaxing or enjoying everything Cancún has to offer. From the living and dining areas, guests can admire partial views of the Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres. The community also provides 24/7 security for added peace of mind.

Set in the heart of Cancún’s Hotel Zone, the residence combines spacious interiors, sophisticated décor, and a relaxed atmosphere. Direct beach access is available just a few steps from the property.

Guest Access

Check-in is fully remote. Seven days before your arrival, you will receive a message containing the access code for the black security lockbox, where you can retrieve the house keys.

Inside the residence, you will find a sign with a QR code. Scanning the code provides essential information for your stay, including:

• Wi-Fi details
• Trash disposal instructions
• Condominium, pool, and house rules
• A property map
• Additional helpful recommendations

Seven days before arrival, you will also receive a welcome letter with check-in instructions, the complete address, and the best route for locating House No. 5.

We will remain available throughout your stay to provide any assistance or support you may need.

Additional Information

Cleaning Service

Additional cleaning is available upon request, subject to availability, and for an extra charge. Please request this service in advance.

Visitors

All visitors must be reported in advance. Please provide the names of anyone who will be arriving so that security can be properly notified.

Electricity

Electricity costs in the area can be high due to air-conditioning use. The owner covers USD 10 per day toward electricity consumption.

Upon arrival, a photo of the electricity meter will be taken, and the initial reading will be provided to you in writing. At the end of your stay, another photo will be taken to determine the total electricity consumed.

• If the USD 10-per-day allowance covers your consumption, the cash deposit provided at check-in will be returned in full.
• If consumption exceeds the allowance, the difference will be deducted from the deposit.

When air conditioning is used responsibly—for example, by keeping doors and windows closed while it is running—the included amount is usually more than sufficient. We recommend turning off the air conditioning when leaving the house or whenever it is not needed.

Supplies

The property is offered under a residential concept and does not include hotel-style services.

For your convenience, the house includes a selection of basic starter supplies in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. These items are intended for the beginning of your stay. If you need additional supplies, they may be purchased according to your personal requirements.

If you are traveling with a larger group or planning a vacation with family and friends while still wanting to enjoy your own space, additional nearby properties can be combined to accommodate your needs.
