Important Considerations

• The complex does not have an elevator. Stairs are required to access the penthouses.
• Laundry service is available for an additional fee of $30 MXN per kilogram, plus $100 MXN for delivery.
• The underground parking area has a maximum vehicle height of 2.20 meters.
• If your vehicle does not fit, nearby alternatives include metered parking from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at $12 MXN per hour, or public parking lots for approximately $200 MXN per day or $15 MXN per hour.
