The Space
This three-story oceanfront penthouse, Casa de Playa, is located on the tranquil north coast of Cozumel. It features two private, full-length terraces and expansive picture windows in every room, offering breathtaking 360° views of the ocean, town, and jungle. Relax on the balconies, enjoy meals and drinks, and take in the stunning Cozumel sunrises and sunsets.
The interior is elegantly understated, with four bedrooms each having a private full bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom adjacent to the dining room. Most rooms have individual thermostats, allowing you to customize the temperature to your preference. Whether you want to darken your room with full blackout shades or wake up to spectacular views, you are sure to have a restful night.
Entry to the penthouse is via a private elevator. The open floor plan on the first level includes a spacious dining room table seating 12 and a teak dining table on the terrace for 8. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a convenient bar seating area. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on the first floor for added convenience.
The condo is equipped with WiFi throughout, cable TV, and an Apple TV device in the living room. Daily cleaning service with fresh linens and towels is included. Additional services such as laundry, grocery shopping, and cooking are available for an extra fee. Our concierge is available to provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance your stay.
Outdoor and Recreational Features
The reefs directly in front of the building are among Cozumel’s best snorkeling spots. Alternatively, you can unwind on the pool deck, which includes a freshwater shower and a sink for rinsing scuba gear.
The master bedroom on the third floor is locked, but guests have access to the spacious terrace, which is furnished with three sun loungers, two lounge chairs, and an outdoor table that seats eight. Some closets are secured with locks.
Guest Access and Additional Information
This penthouse is our family vacation home, and we maintain high standards of comfort and luxury for our guests. To preserve the property’s condition, a security deposit of 10,000 MXN (approximately 500 USD) is required to complete the reservation.
Guests can enjoy the unique option of having a personal chef prepare meals during their stay. This service is paid through the platform after your vacation ends. Details and pricing can be found under “extra chef services.”
Grocery shopping and laundry services are also available for an additional charge. Please inquire for further information.

Absolutely beautiful! We love Cozumel and this was the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Paola’s home was better than expected.. views, experience, pool, cleanliness, safety, and the personal chef. I would recommend their home to anyone looking for a serene getaway and who also loves snorkeling!

The views were stunning and Paola’s home was just as the photos depicted. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware and our family enjoyed the selection of games in the TV room. The salt water pool was peaceful and the home is located not far from the airport (tho I never heard the planes) and just a few minutes drive to restaurants and shopping. A simply beautiful apartment!

The property is quite beautiful and spacious. The location is ideal with close proximity to town. Being able to snorkle litwrally outside the back of the property is wondeful. The concierge is very helpful and responsive. The cleanung sercices were impecable as well. We would definitely recommend this property and will likely come back to stay here again.

El mejor lugar en el que me he he hospedado de todos. Muy por encima de las espectativas, la vista es increíble, un lugar super limpio, original , con buen gusto, seguridad, comodidad, no creo que exista otro lugar con todas estas características juntas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Impressive 180 degrees un obstructive ocean views. Excellent swimming and snorkeling walk in from the pool area. Very comfortable and large villa providing privacy for everyone. Quiet area but close enough to all activities in Cozumel. Paula and Sol do a great job cleaning the whole villa , doing beds and changing towels everyday . Julio very responsive and helpful with check in and any needs afterwards . Will definitely come back ! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your place !!

The condo was fantastic but the services provided by Paola and her team, as well as Julio, Lucia and Sol, were simply impeccable. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had a trip to remember. Five stars in every category. Can’t wait to return here.
