Turn fresh finds from the local farmers' market into delicious meals. The kitchen includes a 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker (for the best coffee in the world), blender for tropical smoothies, fridge with freezer, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, and oil. Comfortable Bedrooms The casita offers 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, ceiling fans, extra floor fans, closets, and a safety box. Towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, and other essentials are provided for your convenience. Modern Bathroom Enjoy a modern bathroom featuring hot water and a refreshing rain shower. Living Area Unwind in the comfy living area, complete with a 50" smart TV, AC, ceiling fan, and board games. The space is perfect for lounging or enjoying a quiet evening. Laundry A combined washer/dryer is available for free use in the unit, along with detergent. High-Speed WiFi Stay connected with fiber-optic WiFi (100Mbps download/upload), ideal for remote work or digital nomads. WiFi is available throughout the property, including in the hammock. Outdoor Space Enjoy an outdoor sitting area with bamboo chairs, a small table, couch, and a hammock. The surrounding tropical garden is perfect for relaxing while watching monkeys or listening to toucans and scarlet macaws. Privacy The casita is entirely private, except for the shared carport with the neighboring home. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself, only the carport is shared with one other car. Other things to note Longer Stays: High-speed fiber-optic internet is provided at 100Mbps download/upload, but we can upgrade this for your stay if needed. Electricity: Monthly rates include a 20% discount. We cover up to $150 per month for electricity; any excess will be charged to you. Please be mindful of AC usage. Cleanings: The cleaning fee includes check-in and check-out cleaning, a weekly cleaning for longer stays, and patio cleanings upon request, as often as you wish. Noise: This is a quiet neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear dogs barking or children playing. Please note, this is not a resort. Rates: Rates are the same for 1-2 guests. A $10 extra guest fee applies for more than 2 guests. Ensure the correct guest count for an accurate quote (the price updates automatically). Damages & Missing Items: Please replace any damaged items or inform us so we can replace them. If not replaced, damages and missing items will be charged to you.
