Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. The carport is shared with one other vehicle.

High-speed fiber-optic internet at 100 Mbps download/upload is standard, with the option to upgrade if needed.

Electricity

Monthly rates include a 20% discount. Electricity costs up to $150 per month are covered; any usage beyond this will be charged to the guest. Please use air conditioning responsibly.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee covers check-in and check-out cleaning, weekly cleaning for extended stays, and patio cleanings upon request, as often as desired.

Noise

This is a quiet neighborhood, though occasional sounds from dogs barking or children playing may be heard. Please note this is not a resort.

Rates

Rates apply equally for one or two guests. An additional fee of $10 per guest applies for more than two guests. Ensure the correct number of guests is entered for an accurate quote, as pricing updates automatically.

Damages and Missing Items

Guests are responsible for replacing any damaged or missing items or notifying us so replacements can be made. Unreplaced damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
