Studio in San Pedro

Had a lovely stay! Our first time in San Pedro. Miriam and Freddy were kind, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Thank you :)

Great place for location and sunrise. Walkable beach was key, restaurants all around, and a supermarket on the corner. FREDDY AND MARIUM WERE THE BEST. We will return next year!!!

I can’t think of a better place to stay in Belize. Perfectly located, truly a hidden gem, hidden in plain sight. Nestled on the beach, surrounded by restaurants, yet very serene. Hosts were responsive and accommodating in the best ways. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

This is a beautiful condo! The pictures represent it well. Gorgeous view from the balcony. It was a short walk down the beach to all types of tour adventures and restaurants, but very quiet at the condo itself. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We had an amazing time and would definitely book here again!

I absolutely LOVED staying in this villa. We stayed on the second floor during a full moon and the view was unimaginable! If you’re lucky enough to catch the sunrise I definitely recommend you do. The property was very beautiful as well. The hot tub and pool were great, and we met awesome people staying in another villa downstairs. The hammocks are so relaxing and the experience overall was a 10/10. I definitely recommend this villa and will be staying here when I come back! Also, special thanks to Miriam and Freddy for making my trip extra unique. You guys rock!!!!

So happy we stayed here. Beautiful view off the deck. Private location but easily accessible to town with a quick golf cart ride. Super responsive property management team that was so helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough in regard to Simon, his professionalism and his kind manner. Simon went beyond responsibility arranging an emergency ambulance for me four days into our stay as I was having severe abdominal pain. Turned out to be a kidney stone blocking my ureter. He and the staff at Coral Bay were incredibly kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in and getting situated was effortless. Place was clean and has everything you need. Private balcony with beautiful views. We enjoyed the pool.
