The entire villa is exclusively available to guests. It is thoroughly sanitized after every stay, and the dedicated concierge team is available to help make your visit seamless.

Each floor offers a distinct private sanctuary:

• First floor: Three peaceful bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and terrace, plus a comfortable living room with a fireplace and French doors opening onto the lush backyard.
• Second floor: A spacious loft, chef-ready kitchen, and several terraces suited to al fresco dining or relaxing. This level also includes a fourth bedroom with a private terrace.
• Third floor: A light-filled fountain welcomes guests to this upper-level retreat, which features a beautifully appointed casita and bedroom, along with a spacious outdoor lounge ideal for entertaining, morning workouts, or sunset yoga.

To preserve the neighborhood’s peaceful atmosphere and comply with Neighborhood Association rules:

• Parties are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Outside guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Amplified music is not permitted without prior written approval.

Neighborhood and Construction Notice

The villa is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood known for its beautiful homes. Nearby properties may occasionally undergo renovations or new construction. Although the area is generally quiet and serene, construction noise may occur during permitted daytime hours.

New home construction is currently taking place on neighboring properties. During the construction period, a 10% discount is available.
