The house is very nice, very spacious, the decor is very nice, and it has an incredible rooftop where you can see the beautiful sunset. The house has beautiful spaces to spend time with family or friends.

Yuri and Matt’s house is wonderful. It is beautifully decorated with great interior design, fully equipped with all amenities, and offers a spectacular view from the rooftop. The hosts clearly pay close attention to detail as we didn’t miss a thing. However, our family stay was significantly impacted by a major construction site. A new house was being built with an adjacent wall, generating very loud noise for much of the first couple of days. Guests staying in the top-floor studio also experienced a lack of privacy, as construction workers were operating just meters away from their windows. Additionally, there were potential safety concerns related to outside access to the top floor via the construction site. We had received no prior warning. These issues were reported, and we did receive a partial refund from Airbnb. Overall, I would still recommend the property, but strongly advise future guests to inquire about the current status of the construction before booking.

We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and the house was perfect. The house is huge and the pictures do not do it justice. Multiple common areas and a bathroom for each bedroom, which made it very comfortable for everyone. The rooftop was a big highlight for all of us. It was an amazing place to start and end our days. Very peaceful and breathtaking views/sunsets! It’s a very pretty walk to town, but we also found that getting Ubers was very easy (and super inexpensive!) when we needed them. The property management company was always responsive when we needed something. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in San Miguel. The home was much larger than I expected. We made use of most of the spaces during our visit. I would certainly consider staying there again if in San Miguel. It's in a quiet area of town. I wouldn't recommend staying there without a vehicle but I suppose that can work if you plan to leave once and then comeback at night after dinner. We truly enjoyed our whole experience in San Miguel and this beautiful home was a big part of it.

The house and view was stunning! Truly remarkable, comfortable and a great space for 5 couples. Communication was okay. The management company was subpar and showed a lack of responsibility on more than one occasion. The cook met us upon arrival. She was welcoming but could not answer any questions. She walked us through the house and turned on the lights. We were not given instructions for the security system so I guess we were not to set it. To note: I would not call the property well located. It is a solid 30 minute down hill walk to a store. Taxis are plentiful for the uphill return and could be arranged to pick up.
