Important Information
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- The property is not suitable for small children. The pool has no handrails, and the second-floor hallways do not have railings.
- The pool is heated by solar panels. During winter, the water may not reach the desired temperature.
- Air conditioning is available only during the summer season, from the end of March through June. Rates may be slightly higher during this period because of increased electricity costs.

Other Things to Note
Casa Maya is located in a secure, private gated community with neighborhood noise restrictions. Loud music is not permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. An additional charge may apply if security is called to the property following a noise complaint from neighbors.
For guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. A Ring doorbell is installed outside at the property entrance and faces the exterior stairs leading to the street. There is also a Ring camera in the garage.

You cannot go wrong with Casa Maya! It is everything you see here and more. We felt safe, the house is fully stocked, spacious, in a private neighborhood, and the views of the mountains and lake Chapala are breathtaking. Ulysses was very responsive and a great host! Cant wait to stay here again.

A charming house. You can have an amazing few days. There are several things to do 5 minutes away. No Raquet Club lounge, bring repellent! That's it!

Highly recommended. The facilities are excellent. They even exceeded our expectations and we thought they were even better than in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a memorable vacation. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, so we didn't need anything at all during our stay. In addition, we felt safe, calm and very comfortable at all times. We really enjoyed the terrace and the pool; they were definitely our favorite places to relax. We would especially like to thank our host, Ulyses, for his kindness, attention and excellent communication before and during our stay. He was always available to answer any questions. It is definitely a place that we highly recommend and to which we would love to return.
