Overview
Villa Suerte is a three-minute walk from the sand and waves, placing you just steps from the famous Dominical surf break. A car is not necessary: the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, yoga studios, surf shops, and Main Street are all within easy walking distance.
After catching waves, cool off in the private pool or relax in the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. The villa includes:

The Space
The private pool is an inviting place to cool down after a day at the beach. Comfortable seating areas and balconies provide peaceful spots for reading or enjoying coffee while waiting for the ideal time to catch a wave.
Large double sliding doors connect the kitchen and living area with the outdoor patio and pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor setting. Each bedroom and the living area has an individual air-conditioning unit for personalized comfort.

- Yoga mats for on-site use
- Boogie boards, available at your own risk
- A well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans

Bedrooms
The spacious master suite includes:
- A king-size bed
- A private bathroom
- A small couch that converts into a daybed
- Access to both upstairs balconies
The two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. One opens onto an upstairs balcony, while the other is located on the main downstairs floor.
An extra double mattress is available for additional children. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests; please inquire for details.

Villa Suerte is located between two of Costa Rica’s renowned national parks:

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire villa, including the pool, relaxation areas, and balconies.

Important Information
Tropical Climate
Costa Rica’s tropical climate supports a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. Although a strict pest-control plan is in place to help keep these visitors outside the home, occasional encounters with local wildlife are a natural part of the environment and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy.
Pool Maintenance
The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. The maintenance team will access the pool through the exterior pool gate on those days.
Access and Security
- The front door is accessed with a keypad.
- The property is gated.
- Parking is located outside the gate.
- Exterior security cameras are in use.
- Although a car is not needed to explore Dominical, an all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended for visiting other towns during the rainy season.

What a fantastic house for 6 people! There is space for even more people, because there was also a sofa bed and an extra double mattress. The house really has everything for a relaxing vacation: air conditioning, fans, washer and dryer, dishwasher, an outdoor shower, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The kitchen is excellently furnished, and there is a TV with all kinds of extra channels. And the very best thing was the pool, which was bigger than I had thought based on previous reviews. The house is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the village. For our teenagers/young adult children, it was nice that they could walk to the village on their own. This is a house you won't want to leave. Next time I will stay for 2 or 3 weeks, because there is plenty to do in this region and it can be reached quickly (at least by car).

We had an amazing time at Villa Suerte. The house was beautiful and we had a great time enjoying the pool. Definitely a highlight of our trip with close walks to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Diana’s place was a highlight of our trip! It’s incredibly private even though there are neighboring homes, the pool and hammock were fantastic. The beach is visible from the front door and there were people surfing daily! It’s a short drive to Uvita as well which we had an incredible whale watching experience at! The air conditioner is very nice and the kitchen was also well appointed. Diana was very proactive and responsive the whole time. We highly recommend staying with her if you come to Dominical!

Beautiful house, great location, everything within walkable distance. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved the layout for our party of 6. It was super close to the market and minutes from town. We wouldn’t change a thing about it!

This villa is truly amazing. If you want to stay in Dominical and be comfortable, this is your top option. It is actually walking distance to the beach — unlike many other Airbnbs in the area that advertise “walking distance” but aren’t. This place is right there and is probably the best choice if you want to surf Dominical and still have a comfortable house to come back to. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and high ceilings, and there’s a comfortable couch downstairs. Diana and Roberto were fantastic hosts. They were beyond kind and extremely helpful — they will 100% take care of you. If it’s available, book it.

We have stayed in a few areas of Costa Rica including beach towns and this is by far our favorite place! The house location is amazing just a 2 minute walk to the beach, a few doors down from the grocery and only 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Dominical for restaurants, shops, specialty grocery etc. The house is beautiful. We traveled with our baby and the property felt so safe. Right across the street is beautiful pasture where we saw cows and horses everyday. The kitchen was great we cooked several meals. AC was perfect when it got a little too warm. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor shower was so nice after the beach. All around perfect place to stay. We will definitely return!

Perfect! Beautiful! Even better than expected in every way! The villa is set up perfectly and is now the inspiration for my Costa Rica dream house. The beach and the supermarket are 3 minute walks away. Food options are as close as 1 minute walking, most are about 5-8 minutes walking. So many different options for dining and entertainment. Roberto and his team were excellent hosts and very responsive and helpful. We do not usually stay in the same place on different occasions, but I will stay here again when we return to Dominical.
