Guest Access
The entire villa is available for your exclusive use. A golf cart can be rented for $85 per day plus a $90 delivery fee, providing convenient access to the beach, Palmilla Shoppes restaurants, and California Ranch Market Grocery Store. Advance reservations are recommended as golf carts are in high demand.
Additional Information
The home includes some baby and child amenities such as a pack-and-play, high chair, kid floaties, and pool toys. Although the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests, occasionally stays include six adults plus an infant. This exceeds the recommended capacity. If an exception is granted, a fully refundable $500 cash deposit will be required at check-in.

Our family wanted privacy, ocean views, and luxury……This home was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectation. It’s much larger than it looks in the photos and the ocean views were breathtaking. We highly recommend Julie and her team. Chef Adrian designed an incredible evening of food and drink for us…the golf cart recommendation was perfect and massages at home with a view are a must! The community is very safe and the shops and resort close were added Bonus. We will certainly be returning and are very grateful for the opportunity to experience this home! Thank you!!!

A family vacation to remember. We made the best memories. From the pool, to the beach, golf- carting to get coffee at Cream and hot tubbing at night. So amazing. Such a beautiful home with everything we needed. So peaceful and the home was clean and just as described. Julie was incredible. We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at this Airbnb & we can't wait to come back again! Julie & Johnny are fantastic hosts. They made everything so easy for us- from pre-stocking the house with groceries, airport transportations (we had many!) with Gustavo, to early check in & setting up private lunches/dinners with the best chef, Adrian. Julie gave great recommendations for activities & was always very responsive in her communications. The house is perfect & so beautiful, & the gated community is stunning & feels incredibly safe. The location is perfect for getting to San Jose & also to the marina in Cabo San Lucas. We rented a golf cart & it was easy to get around to the Palmilla beach (3min away) & local restaurants & cute grocery market. I highly recommend this house. It's perfect for a family getaway. My college kids chose to spend their spring break with their parents because they knew this house was so special from the last time we went together. That alone made the house worth it to us!

Beautiful, very well‑designed home with a great layout and stunning views. Everything feels modern, new, and thoughtfully finished. The outdoor living area is excellent, and the jacuzzi heats up quickly, which made it especially enjoyable. There is also an outdoor grill, and the kitchen is fully equipped with state‑of‑the‑art appliances, making it very comfortable to cook at home. The master bedroom features a beautiful outdoor shower, which was a great touch and added to the overall experience. We also rented a golf cart that was delivered directly to the house, making it incredibly easy to get around—perfect for going to Palmilla Shops or dinner at The One&Only Palmilla. The host was friendly and very responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

The pictures are accurate. It was nicer than I expected. The neighborhood, Espiritu, is a very clean and safe place. The house is great for a group of six. Also great for a romantic get away for two.

This is an absolutely beautiful, peaceful, villa, in a very safe and well kept community with wonderful amenities! The view is incredible and the house itself is stunning, with a gorgeous beach a short walk away. There are plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores and golf, all within a short drive. The mix of indoor and outdoor living space is one of a kind. Julie and the hosts were always responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this fantastic spot!!

The home was idyllic. Perfect location , great design and view. Awesome pool and everything top of the line. Couldn’t have been better and Julie and her team were fantastic. Can’t wait to go again
