My family and I were truly delighted with these wonderful houses. The people who welcomed us were very kind, warm, and joyful, which made us feel at home right away. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and very easy access to different areas. The house had everything we needed — it was very cozy and fully equipped with stove, utensils, dishes, a refrigerator. The space is very spacious, especially the balconies and the hammocks, with an incredible view of the beautiful surroundings and a pool. The price is amazing for everything this place offers. You can experience two different environments: the sun and warmth of the beach, and at the same time the trees, nature and the sound of birds. It truly is a perfect spot. The houses are comfortable, clean, and spotless. I truly believe finding a place like this was the best choice we could have made. There is so much peace here you can breathe fresh air, listen to the birds, sleep with the windows open and fully enjoy it

We stayed at Casa Cielo and the place was surrounded by nature. Right now they’re undergoing a project on the road so while it was noisy at night, we didn’t mind and I would also assume this is temporary until the completion of the project. We had access to the pool and we spent a good chunk of our day there considering the heat in Nicaragua! You will be surrounded by wildlife and there is NO air conditioner however, this is the kind of vibe we were going for (secluded and rural). Maritza was responsive and provided clear instructions to the unit, we found the place without an issue. Please do yourself a favor and rent a car so you’re able to make the 20 min drive to San Juan Del Sur and the 10-15 min drive to Playa Maderas. Overall, great stay and friendly host!

This spot is a piece of heaven. I wanted to get away from the loudness of San Juan and this provided! It’s spacious, have a lovely ambiance and the balcony area was perfect for some morning yoga. I walking to all the local beaches and they were all stunning and there’s loads of nice walking tracks around. The team went out their way to look after me from the start and I’ll definitely be returning next time I am in Nicaragua ❤️

Very nice location if you like peace and nature. if you do not have a transportation buy all your food in advance as there are no shop or restaurant nearby. otherwise 5 minutes by car get you a restaurant and 20 minutes to the city of san juan del sur. you will be isolated in pure nature with only the sounds of birds, insects (did not get bitten at all in 2 days) or monkeys. You can see the monkeys playing in the trees while taking your breakfast on the terrace. there is a pool as well. I loved the place for the relaxation or the peace it gives you. And really enjoyed cooking there. no wifi for the peace of mind but 1 minute walk in the property get you to a spot where you can catch an Internet signal. so you get both positive sides, no internet addiction and sill internet access for work emergencies. RECOMMENDED for Nature and peace lovers and adventurers, not for noisy bars and discos lovers

The place was super nice, we felt very much at home. From the Treasse you can see the sea and watch birds. The neighbors are super nice and helpful and clean the pool every day. There is a barbecue area by the pool. Overall definitely a wonderful quiet place. We recommend a car (4x4 help but not necessarily necessary) for this property as the location provided is not quite correct. The beach is about 3 km away and this is a bit of a walk with the mountains and the heat. But the beach is really beautiful and there is the possibility to drink something cold there. A taxi from San Juan del Sur to the property is about $20.
