The house is just like the photos. My family and I had an amazing time. It has everything you need to spend a few days away from your routine. The size of the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room are great for the number of people who went. Mr. Iván welcomed us very kindly and was attentive at all times. We will definitely come back another time.

I arrived at the location shown on Airbnb. I kept knocking, but they never opened the door. I had to call Airbnb support so they could contact him, but he didn't answer them either. The app then generated a refund for 100% of the booking since they never opened the door. I don't know what really happened because the previous communication had been good. However, I was stranded with my group of people (16). I would definitely not book here again. Finally, later, she wrote that she was waiting for me (a lie). I wrote to her and she answered 2 hours later. They called her from Airbnb and she didn't answer either. Anyway, she only spoke to me to insult me, so you know whether to book or not. And just because you can't leave ss, otherwise I wouldn't have uploaded the support chats and the chats with this gentleman.

Very good stay. We really enjoyed the house, which is just as shown in the photos. Very quick response time from the host, very kind. We would definitely rent it again.

Excellent accommodation. It's one of the best places I've stayed in. Very clean and spacious. It has everything it says. I highly recommend it. Excellent location, very quiet. The place has plenty of space to park. It's worth staying at the house. They are very attentive to requests.

Hi, we were super comfortable and at ease in Iván's house. He handed it over to us in impeccable condition. The house was very spacious and beautiful. It had everything you need in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot all day… we would definitely rent it again. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much, Iván.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, even nicer than we imagined, and it completely matches the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean, very well cared for, and you can see the care they put into every detail. Iván was an exceptional host. From the very beginning, he welcomed us very warmly. He was incredibly friendly and was always attentive to making us feel comfortable throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying here. We're leaving very happy and looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much for everything, Iván! 😊

Yes, we found some issues, but he resolved everything immediately. The refrigerator wasn't cooling, but he sent us a new one, and he handled every situation very kindly. He was flexible with the schedules, and we felt very comfortable.
