3BR Villa in Sámara

Beautiful house with fantastic views within walking distance of the village and beach

Our family of four stayed here for three nights. The house was exactly as it was described on the website. Very peaceful, private, beautiful surroundings and very central. The house was very well-organized and stocked. The pool was the highlight! It was the perfect ending for our trip to Costa Rica. Barbara and her team were so friendly and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. I know where we will stay the next time we are in Samara. Murali

This villa is absolutely great and gorgeous. Very private and all airco works great during our stay. The location is very convenient and walkable to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful villa located on high ground, minutes from the beach and the center of Samara. Everything you need for cooking, gas BBQ, laundry detergent for the washer, coffee, etc. There were also beach items such as two children's chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, two bodyboards, and towels. The pool was maintained regularly during our 7-day stay. We were able to see monkeys in the trees behind, and we did not want for anything. There is a good hill to climb to access the villa. It was not an issue for us, even with a 3-year-old child, but it is something to consider if you have mobility issues or a very young child who must stay in a stroller. There is the option to rent a cart if needed. The location is safe, and Samara and Carillo beaches are beautiful!

Beautiful house and stunning surroundings. Perfect walking distance to town, beach and all amenities. Private, secure and peaceful surroundings. House had everything we needed. We encountered issues with iguanas visiting and dirtying the pool, making it unsafe to swim in, which was very disappointing. Management responded fairly quickly to try to resolve the issue, but families need to be mindful of this. Would still highly recommend this home for a stay in Samara. Gorgeous place for a family vacation.

Staying at this house as a family of 6 was amazing. My boys loved the pool it had all the amenities you can ever need, and it was in walking distance to everything: the beach, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Communication was great from booking through our stay. The home is just as described, secure and well cared for property. Yes steep hill but nice location, walking distance to everything. It was a nice touch being greeted with a tray of wonderful fresh fruit upon arrival!

Excellent location, very modern and spacious house. There are many amenities, and everything is close. Self check-in was very helpful upon arrival. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a very clean pool. I'll definitely come back.
