Private Chef Services

Private chef services can be arranged for your group. Rates for up to six guests start at:

• Breakfast or lunch: $140
• Dinner: $170
• All three meals in one day: $370

A 15% gratuity applies, and groceries are not included. Please inquire about rates for larger groups or holiday periods.

Important Information

• The maximum occupancy is six guests, in accordance with community rules.
• Daytime visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the condo may not exceed six.
• Violating the occupancy limit will result in a $250 USD fine.
• This property is not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette groups.
• The minimum age to make a reservation is 25.
• Pets are not allowed. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please contact us in advance so we can help find suitable accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be permitted on the property.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property. Our concierge service can recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
• Nearby construction may cause noise during construction hours. Although efforts are being made to minimize disruption, guests should be aware of the ongoing work.
• Monthly reservations are accepted. An additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply; please confirm the details before booking.
• As this property is located within a residential community, guests must provide identification and sign the community rules to receive access. Please contact us for specific community guidelines.
