Very, very nice apartment in a private and secure residence: the rooms are huge and luxurious, very well equipped, with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea (which are a 1-minute walk away). The beach is beautiful and very well maintained (like the entire resort) and without sargassum! The garage is very nice, as is the option to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You can eat at the pool restaurant, otherwise you have to take the car. We stayed there for 2 nights because we were on a road trip, but if you're planning a relaxing stay with swimming and rest, it's ideal!

The apartment is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. It's next to the beach, super easy to get to on foot. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marlene was always available for any questions we had. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful stay here. Condo was fantastic, beds comfortable and very spacious rooms. The resort was quiet with lovely staff and amazing pools which were never crowded. Although we mainly used the big beach pool. The gym was well equipped. The restaurant on site (Basils) was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner when we didn't want to either cater or go out.

Lovely spot, and great location within "La Amada". Clean and spacious space, with plenty of beach toys set aside for little ones to enjoy. I'd certainly recommend this to friends.

We were in Marlene's and Holger's apartment in February 2026 and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment in the Amada Quartier is beautifully located on Playa Mujeres and offers everything you need for a quiet vacation (well-equipped kitchen, large and bright rooms and a large terrace with table and comfortable lounge). In the neighborhood itself, in addition to the swimming pool, there is a restaurant with Italian cuisine and in 5 minutes' walk a small shop in which you can get the most necessary things for everyday life. Marlene is a very kind host and always responded very quickly to all our questions. We would definitely book this great apartment again on a next stay and can highly recommend it. Thank you!

La Amada was a great fit for our family of 5. We would gladly return, though next time we would consider other units within the property as well. The Good • Arguably the best location in the complex — steps from the beach, pools, and restaurant • Spacious layout that comfortably fit our family (kids 4, 6, 8) • Comfortable beds and excellent blackout blinds • Huge balcony • Well-equipped kitchen • Multiple pools (one heated) with varying depths for kids, plenty of beach loungers and day beds always available Before Booking • Unit has minor wear and could use a bit of TLC. We had 4 maintenance visits during our 9-day booking • Communication could be clearer; FAQ covering check-in,pools, parking, garbage, restaurant menus and a property map would help •3rd bedroom only accessed from balcony, not great for small kids IMO • We had a full-day loss of power and water on our final day due to a planned outage, but we were not notified in advance and did not receive a response from the host
