The property features two air-conditioned bedrooms located on separate floors, connected by a spiral staircase that leads to a terrace. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the swimming pool, garden, and the open-plan living area. The house showcases beautiful wooden columns, beams, a cane roof finish, and terracotta tiles—elements characteristic of Granada's distinctive architectural style.
Location
The townhouse is only a five-minute walk from the central park and the lively La Calzada street, which offers numerous bars, restaurants, and live music venues. This location allows for both relaxation and easy access to the city's bustling center.
Guest Access
Guests have convenient walking access to the central park, various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and shops. For larger grocery trips, taking a taxi to the supermarkets is recommended. Parking is available half a block from the property at a cost of C$40 (approximately $1.13) per night.

We highly recommend it. It's just like the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, and Toby and Gaby were spectacular hosts. They respond almost immediately, and if they're available, they can answer any questions or concerns you may have. The location is quite accessible! Recommended!

Everything was great. The apartment, for our taste, met our expectations: it was comfortable and close to the main street of Granada. Despite that, it is a quiet area, without noise, so you can rest. The house comes with everything you need. The hosts responded quickly to our questions. We would repeat it again 😊. Thank you, Gaby and Toby

Perfect place to stay – the pool is the obvious highlight, but the bedrooms are huge and comfortable and the living areas are great too! Great location as well; nice neighbourhood but close to the centre! Will definitely be back!

I liked the place. It is within walking distance of downtown. It could have nicer decor, but for the price, I think it's fair. I would return.
