Casa Maya is a beautifully decorated, four-bedroom beachfront home with a bohemian design. Take a morning walk along the white-sand beach or swim in the private pool. The home is located within a private, secure complex on 10.70 acres of rainforest, with gated access and private groundskeepers.
Inside, you will find quality appliances, oceanfront furnishings, and everything needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Modern fixtures, fittings, and carefully selected furnishings create a relaxed beach setting for families and friends.

Guest Access
- The base rate for two guests includes access to up to two bedrooms. Additional rooms incur an extra guest fee after the third guest.
- The base rate covers up to eight overnight guests, with use of up to three bedrooms.
- Additional guests from the ninth guest onward are charged $20 per person per night, up to a maximum capacity of 12 guests.
- Guests may use the pool at any time.
- The beach is directly in front of the property.
- More than 10 parking spaces are available in the garage.
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not permitted.
- Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
- Schedule changes cost $30 per hour.
- Visitors are permitted with a day pass only, at $15 per person, for a maximum of eight hours during the day.
Important Information
Please read the following before booking:
- This is an open-concept home surrounded by rainforest. Small wildlife may be present. The animals are not dangerous, but guests should remain mindful of their surroundings. If you see any wildlife, notify us for immediate assistance.
- Additional guests cost $20 per night after the eighth guest.
- Pets are not allowed. A $200 penalty fee applies.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Guns are not allowed. A $100 penalty fee applies.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms. A $500 penalty fee applies.
- Identification photos and vehicle license plates must be provided via WhatsApp before check-in. This requirement is non-negotiable.
- A $300 penalty fee applies for failure to follow the check-in and check-out schedule.

This place is ideal for families or large groups. It has plenty of space, privacy, vegetation that provides shade, and friendly and helpful staff. We felt very well cared for and comfortable. We also really liked the beach, and access is right next to the accommodation. A good place to spend two nights or more.

We had a great stay at Casa Maya! It had everything we needed. Quiet and private location with access to the beach. The grounds keepers were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing stay away from all the crowds and noise.

This property was perfect for our family vacation with six adults and one child. Plenty of rooms and comfortable outdoor seating area. We alternated between time at the beach or in the pool. The perfect relaxing beach vacation! As for local wildlife, it was around but mostly avoided us. We didn’t find this bothersome at all. Gracias to Carlos and his family for checking in each day and assisting us during our stay!

It's a nice old-fashioned house. The large house has no living room. There are three bedrooms and two toilets. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the furniture was quite simple and nice. The master bedroom has a nice view of the pool. The only downside is that the large windows were very dirty, both on the inside and outside. What we liked the most was that the house is located in a very private area far from other houses. The kitchen for cooking is large and nice. The distance to the sea was maybe 25 meters to the beach. We were a group of 8 people and would have appreciated at least 2 more hammocks and 2 more beds by the pool; otherwise, everything was OK. We appreciated how friendly, helpful and nice the caretaker Carlos was. He is really a star and made our stay even better. I would definitely come back.

Zedrick: We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot recommend Zedrick's place highly enough!. Zedrick was an incredible host, extremely communicative, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The property itself was beautiful, spotless, confortable, and incredibly peaceful. We were there celebrating my upcoming birthday alongside my mother (who just turned 78), my aunt Elvia, my cousin Luis, and my friend Rudy. Every single one of us loved it. Being out in the open surrounded by nature and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean, was pure heaven. It was the perfect quiet getaway. Thank you, Zedrick, for hosting our family and making my birthday celebration so incredibly special.

An incredible experience at Casa Maya. The house is beautiful, very clean, cozy and has a beautiful pool. Everything is very well cared for, and the access to the sea is simply dreamlike. Special thanks to Don Carlitos for his kindness and excellent service. Definitely a place we'd go back to!
