The house is a beautiful and in a great location. We had a great time as a family, the jacuzzi worked very well for us, you just have to put the temperature in advance because it takes some time, they gave us towels to use it. Everything was working great and it was very clean.

Your reservation was changed at the last minute. They gave us an option that wasn't like the photos. A neglected and old place. In the place there were other people who used the kitchen and we were never informed. Suddenly it looks like a lady in the kitchen without our knowledge. They kept food in the refrigerator that wasn't ours. When talking to the person in charge, they just said, “Good afternoon. I have transferred your feedback and complaints to the house manager as well as my superiors.” We are still waiting for feedback. It's a shame because we had a good experience the first time , but with this happened I would not recommend to the people managing these properties due to lack of communication and commitment
