⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was really great. From the moment we arrived, the level of care, dedication and love behind the house was immediately apparent. Everything is impeccably maintained, clean, organized and in perfect condition. It doesn't just feel like a place prepared for guests, but like a home that is truly cared for down to the smallest details. Each space feels comfortable, pleasant and designed for you to enjoy and relax. You can really tell that they pay a lot of attention to maintenance, tidiness and keeping everything in very good condition. That kind of care gives you a lot of peace of mind and makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Edgar was also a spectacular host: very kind, attentive, respectful and always willing to help. Communication was excellent and at all times we felt that he was making sure that we were comfortable and having a great experience.

Overall we had a mixed experience staying at Casa Montenegro. On the positive side, Edgar was a friendly and responsive host, who helped fix a few issues with the house very quickly. Marbel was also a wonderful cook and we can highly recommend her to future visitors. The pool was also great and the surrounding area has lots of wonderful wildlife to see like capybaras, birds, and even ant eaters! On the negative side, we weren’t happy that the house itself can’t be locked (the front gate can, but that’s not sufficient from our perspective). We were also surprised to learn that there is no hot water and that most showers are missing shower heads. Although we later realised that the lack of hot water is marked in the listing, we feel this could be highlighted more prominently. The beds were hard and generally in a deteriorating state. Finally, the household items and furniture are not in good shape and could be replaced to provide a better experience to guests.

Mr. Edgae is a very friendly person, a great host who is always caring and attentive to needs. The place is spectacular, a very large place, true to the pictures, clean! And Mrs. Virginia is a sweetheart! We really felt right at home

The stay at Casa Montenegro was spectacular. We had a great time and were comfortable. The accommodation is very private and has excellent security. The pool is fantastic and the kitchen is super well equipped, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A very nice experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Edgar was very friendly. Don't hesitate to rent the place. The property is very nice; it's large, spacious, and has everything you need. We had a great time and felt safe.
