Welcome to our property in Santo Tomás, a peaceful destination along the Sea of Cortez. It is an ideal setting for relaxing, enjoying nature, and escaping the noise of the city.

The homes are designed for comfort and an authentic beach experience, with spacious living areas, terraces offering spectacular views, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor spaces, and convenient access to uncrowded beaches.

Other Things to Note

Santo Tomás is approximately one hour south of Puerto Peñasco. The community features MamaChita’s, a Mexican restaurant and bar with karaoke and an American twist. Its hours are:

• 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on most days
• 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays
• Closed on Wednesdays

Guests can also enjoy:

• Electric bike rentals, including Super73 bikes, which help keep the area quiet
• Fishing and exploration tours to Isla San Jorge, also known as Bird Island
• Tours to Viñedos La Bonita, the first winery producing table wines in the Sonoran Desert

Guests drive their own vehicle for the Viñedos La Bonita tour.

Fresh water is supplied by a private well, although bringing bottled drinking water is recommended. All electrical service in the area is underground to preserve the views. There is no public street lighting, allowing guests to enjoy the star-filled night sky.

In the nearby town of Álvaro Obregón, approximately 10 kilometers before reaching Santo Tomás, guests can find most groceries, food, and beverages.
