Additional Information
- A minimum stay of two nights is required.

Club Punta Leona Fees
- $15 USD per person per night; children under 11 stay free.
- During high season, the fee is $20 USD per person per night.
- Each vehicle requires an additional payment of ₡15,000 or the equivalent amount in U.S. dollars.
House Rules
The house is located in a quiet residential area. To respect the neighborhood:
- Avoid excessive noise during the day.
- All noise must stop after 10:00 p.m.
- Parties are not allowed.

The best way to spend a few days in Playa Mantas! Location, security, convenience and comfort! We had a great time and look forward to coming back! Mauricio is an excellent host, attentive and very friendly. Casa Iguanas is excellent!

Excellent place. There are many more things than you imagine. In the kitchen, there is everything: a grill, a music speaker, and a cooler. In each room, there are pillows, blankets, and towels. Don Mauricio is very attentive and responds very quickly to any questions. I would go again on my next vacation. I recommend it to 1000%.

A wonderful stay... everything was perfect, clean, tidy, excellent!! We will definitely be back. Close to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants. We felt right at home. Casa Iguanas is a great place to stay! The host, Mauricio, was super responsive and friendly. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's only a five minute walk from Playa Mantas and it has its own pool which gives plenty of options for leisure time. The house also feels very safe and secure since it's located in a private neighborhood. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place, very clean, comfortable, nice, and private. It is in a prime location where everything is very close; you can get to many places on foot. The host was very attentive and helpful, and his responses were very fast. I recommend it 100%. My family and I were delighted.
