The Space

Ocean views can be enjoyed from nearly every area of the property. Watch whales breach or cruise ships pass by from the infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, shaded outdoor dining area, and sun-filled terraces.

Inside, travertine marble flooring extends throughout the villa. Spacious common areas provide comfortable settings for entertaining or unwinding, while the open-concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen connect seamlessly with the terrace for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Each comfortable bedroom suite offers ocean views, and several include private jacuzzi tubs. An on-site exercise room provides additional convenience.

Location and Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may take place at any time without notice. We do not control construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

Guest Access

• Private home in a gated community.
• Guests have private access to the entire home, pool, and other property areas.
• The locked owner’s closet is excluded from guest access.

Important House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• No all-male groups are permitted.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in gated communities may result in a fine.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for paying them.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the applicable event fee is paid.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.

Pool Heating

The pool is heated to 75°F. Heating may be increased to 85°F for $100 per day, with a three-day minimum. This fee may be paid directly to the property manager. Please contact your concierge for assistance.

Occupancy and Additional Guests

Extra-person fees apply after the eighth guest.

The total number of people permitted at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.

When completing the reservation, please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Booking Requirements

By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions listed in the agreement.

A seven-night minimum stay applies for December 25 and January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
