The Space

Villa Miramar offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, located within the gated Pedregal community. This 5,800 square foot villa features four elegant bedroom suites and provides a complimentary chef service for breakfast daily, starting at 8:30 am. Please note that the cost of groceries and gratuity are not included and are paid directly.

The swimming pool ranges from 3 to 8 feet in depth and is heated to 75°F at no extra charge. Guests may request the temperature to be raised to 85°F for $100 per day, with a minimum of three days.

Inside, the villa boasts travertine marble floors throughout and spacious common areas designed for both entertaining and relaxation. The open-concept living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas flow seamlessly onto the terrace, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

Each bedroom suite offers ocean views, and several include private jacuzzi tubs. An on-site exercise room adds to the villa’s luxurious amenities.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am; excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in the gated community may result in fines.
• No all-male groups allowed.
• Pool heating to 85°F is available for $100 per day with a three-day minimum, payable directly to the property manager.
• Additional fees apply for guests beyond the eighth person.
• Guests must sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking and comply with all terms.
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests; all guests must be disclosed with names.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise can result in fines up to $3,000 without warning, payable by guests.
• A seven-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If both holidays are booked consecutively, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
