Traffic around Antigua is heavy most of the time, and several famous restaurants are located nearby. The property also offers amazing volcano views.

Guest Access

To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must enter through the main gate of the residential community.

Before arrival, please send us the names of all guests and the vehicle’s license plate number. This information allows us to register you with security and helps make entry quick and easy.

You will need to check in at the gate. We will provide security with your name and arrival time.

Community and House Rules

This private, exclusive condominium has 24-hour security.

• Events and parties are not permitted.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m.
• Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed at any time.
• Violations may result in community fines starting at $500 or more. Any fines incurred will be the guest’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the house.
• A security camera is located outside the main door.

Important Bathroom Notice

In Guatemala, the drainage system is not designed to handle toilet paper or feminine hygiene products.

Please do not flush the following items down the toilet:

• Toilet paper
• Tampons
• Sanitary pads
• Any other sanitary products

Use the trash bins provided in each bathroom instead.

Trash Disposal

Please place all trash inside the large container located at the entrance.

Our staff can remove trash daily upon request, but this service must be requested well in advance.
