The Space
This one-of-a-kind home features an open-plan living room and chef’s kitchen. Twenty-one-foot-wide pocket doors open onto a stunning patio with:

- Expansive views
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms each offer an en-suite bathroom and additional views. The bedroom entrances feature centuries-old colonial hacienda doors that have been carefully restored.
Each bedroom includes:
- Egyptian cotton sheets
- Comfortable mattresses
- Hypoallergenic pillows
The bathrooms are stocked with soft, fluffy towels.
From the balcony, stairs lead to the rooftop terrace, where a five-person jacuzzi provides an ideal setting for stargazing.

Important Notes
This home is not suitable for toddlers. There is a 27-foot drop from the pool to the street below. While this creates a spectacular pool experience, it presents a serious safety risk for young children. The drop from the rooftop terrace is even higher.
The stairs to the second floor are open and do not have a banister.

My family and I visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time, and we could not have picked a better home for our stay! The views were impeccable and the rooms were very large and comfortable. The pool was perfect after walking up the PV hills. They even had board games and puzzles to keep us entertained during the rainy hours. Maricela and David were very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed in many AirBNBs but this is definitely one of our top three! The home is close to many stores, restaurants and yet still has a local neighborhood feel. We loved our stay and waking up the beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta!

one of the nicest airbnb‘s I and the whole group of 8 stayed. david‘s welcome was handsome and the tortilla chips with the pico and guacamole super tasty. definitely recommend this place. everything perfect!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Comfortable, beautiful house that my friends and I felt right at home. Amazing views, we loved the pool. Only downside was mentioned in other reviews, because you're up on the hill in a local neighborhood, there are roosters in the early mornings and sometimes dogs barking at different times. We also had one morning where a neighbor was blaring their music at 6am for about 2 hours. And although these things were a bit annoying at the time, we loved this house so much, it didn't matter at all. We would all stay again in the future.

My group of 6 friends has an incredible week stay. From the start Maisie had wonderful, immediate communication helping us plan everything from airport pick up, to planning a cooked meal by Nena upon arrival and making reservations and planning excursions. The location is perfect as it’s just far enough from the best part of PVR which is so fun and vibrant—yet when you are in the Villa, it is a completely serene, beautiful view and feel. As mentioned it’s up a hill, but do not let that deter anyone as uber rides are only minutes away and available for only a few US dollars to bring you up (or down) the hill—but it’s this location that gives the most fabulous views! We WILL be back, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else…

Everything you need for your stay in PV! House itself is an amazing location. Easy walk down to many restaurants/shopping and beach. I would recommend to call an Uber back up as it is very steep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The host is also very responsive and had great recommendations. The views are absolutely amazing, both at night and throughout the day. Kitchen has everything you need, and even have a grill where we cooked up a meal one day. Would definitely come back and recommend, definitely worth the price. Thanks again for making our trip even more memorable.
