We loved this house so much! Everyone had their own space and every single chair and bed indoors and out was comfortable to lounge. The linens were so comfy and clean and plentiful too. Our teenage daughters loved snorkeling in the tide pools just down the path from the house. We saw monkeys and raccoons on that path! The sunsets and access to both beaches as well as the beach club were spectacular. We will book again.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Tamarindo Costa Rica in December 2024. When we decide to return we plan to reach out to our friends at Tropical Vacations. We didn’t have any surprises the accommodations were represented well in the photos found online. They answered our questions with a sense of urgency and professionalism you would expect at a 5 star resort. Than you Tropical Vacations we will see you again soon.

Great location - golf cart was a great addition. The management company was very responsive when we had a few hiccups (garage keypad & opener didn’t work, back door & golf cart keys needed dropped off). We had 2 families of 4 stay & there was plenty of room

Gorgeous place! We were thankful they allowed us to store our luggage at the office until we could check in. Only complaints are the place wasn't ready at 3PM, so we had several hours of trying to stay out of the cleaners way waiting for them to be done. They were there past 7PM! We eventually just left to get dinner but it would have been nice to have the place to ourselves starting at 3 since that is when we were told it would be ready. Also the staff just walks into the house unexpectedly? They would ring the door bell then just immediately open the door and come inside. It was our honeymoon and we had asked for privacy after the first time, but the next day the cleaner arrived without notice at 8am and woke us up by just walking inside to apparently do laundry. And then the pool cleaners showed up at 830. Then the next day maintenance staff had to come because of a water pump issue. Everyone was super nice, but we really would have appreciated less disruptions.

This house was amazing to stay in for our vacation in Tamarindo. Everyone was very clean, it was very spacious, and the pool was a nice addition. Having the golf cart and access to the Beach Club also made our time very enjoyable. Great time, highly recommend!

This was a beautiful home in an ideal location. We did encounter a few problems. The cleaning was not complete when we arrived, the water backed up in the laundry room, and the hot water in the showers was sporadic. All that said, the host was responsive and we would stay there again.

The house was beautiful. Having the golf cart was great for getting around to local spots nearby. I would stay here again in the future.

Great house and location. RPM vacations were very responsive to all my questions. They were very easy to book excursions with. They set me up with a chef, Luis Dinarte, who cooked our dinner for the 1st night and we did a market tour and cooking class for my family.
