The Space

My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and had everything that we needed and more. It was walking distance to everything. We parked our car after getting groceries on our first night and that is where it stayed. We walked to some really great restaurants, shopped, and had several days of surf lessons. The pool area was nice to relax in during our downtime. Spent all of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony, listening to howler monkeys. Aside from the place itself, I had a really great experience with management. I left some very important things there, and they were on top of helping me figure out what the next steps were going to be. The response time from when I realized that I left these items was almost immediate, and they kept in contact with me constantly until we had everything figured out. I was so thankful for that. I would absolutely stay here again.

This would be 5 stars as the apartment and location were excellent, but unfortunately an adjacent unit was in the middle of a remodel. The amount of noise prevented occupation of the apartment from 8:30-12 and 1-5: sleeping in or making bfast was not an option. We still gave it a 4 due to this largely not being an issue as the surrounding location provided ample opportunities. The claimed lack of knowledge of the remodel did not change our experience and we hope that they will improve future communications to prevent similar occurrences.

This was an excellent Condo for our family of 4 (two adults, kids 9&11)to stay in while we were in Tamarindo. We actually stayed in both the Diria hotel and then this condo, and we much preferred the condo accommodation. The location was great. It felt secure and had a really nice pool area. We went in July 2026 and there were always chairs available at the pool. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was well stocked, the AC worked well and it was really nice to have in-suite laundry. We would definitely try and stay here again in the future.

Great location across from the beach and easy to walk to everything. Secure parking lot with attendant who actually pays attention. Wonderful pool.

Great upscale condo in the center part of Tamarindo. Great view of the pool and a short walk across the street to the beach as well as all major attractions. Very nice interior decor and we had a great time there.

It was like a home away from home with everything we needed and more! The view was absolutely stunning. I don’t think this condo gets enough credit for the view! I loved the hammock and the extra touch of having magazines and travel books (which I forgot). My boyfriend loved cooking a steak on the grill. The location is perfect, but remember to bring your walking shoes and know there are a hills and stairs. Costa Rica is an active destination, which is my favorite, but not for all physical types. I have stayed in another condo at the same property, but this place really felt like a home.

My wife and I had a nice long weekend stay here. Location was perfect for walking around tamarindo. The resort style pool with swim up bar was great, we spent most of our time down there. Great sunset views from the balcony. I would stay again when I'm back in the area

Quick walking distance to just about everything. For the group activities that occurred at the pool, which was fabulous. By the way, everything ended at an appropriate hour. Compared to some of the other properties I looked at it definitely had the best pool and I really like the safety and privacy of the whole complex. The room stayed cool in the water was strong. I mentioned those two things because often in Costa Rica you can’t find those.

Great stay and very walkable to all of Tamarindo. We loved the surf themed condo, the huge pool and access to the beach within steps. The staff in the resort were amazingly nice. Enjoyed it all.
