Perched at 1,666 feet above the historic colonial city of Granada, it benefits from constant cool breezes coming off Lake Nicaragua.
The home includes three bedrooms and offers access to hiking trails, as well as opportunities to observe exotic wildlife such as birds, sloths, and howler monkeys.
The property provides some of the most spectacular views imaginable. The entire north side consists of glass doors that stack open on both sides, allowing the house to merge seamlessly with the surrounding environment. This design is present in both master suites and the main living and dining areas, creating an open atmosphere that invites in the sounds and breezes of the jungle without obstruction.
With no neighbors nearby, guests can enjoy complete privacy and freedom. The house is outfitted with numerous amenities, including:

This is a truly special place! The house is beautiful with lots of locally made Nicaraguan furniture and art work. The house was also very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. There is even hot water in the shower. The outside grill was an added bonus and I loved cooking outside by the patio. The views both inside and outside are stunning. The walls at the back of the house are glass so we were able to wake up to the view. The house is extremely private and there are no other properties around. It’s very much a relaxing, getaway retreat. Max was very kind, helpful and responsive. Lesther met us at the house to let us in and give us walk through. He was great! Make sure you have a vehicle with clearance to get up to the house from the main road because the road is extremely rough. It’s about 20 more minutes off the main road. Once again, a beautiful home with amazing views. We would definitely come back here and hope to again!

I gave 5 points because for us the most important thing is silence, privacy and remoteness from the noise of the city. This property meets these criteria. It is not easy to get there for the first time, but you can, the host recommends 4x4 transport, although in fact any SUV 2x4 is suitable. It's not easy with cars in Nicaragua in general, so it's not easy to find an affordable and convenient transport option. I recommend having transport here, otherwise taxi will be almost impossible to use. If I am still in Nicaragua, I will definitely come back to this place, the host staff was very caring and proactive, although sometimes there are different situations, but you understand that you live in the jungle, and so anything can happen with water or light. At the same time, the owners try to 100% eliminate everything very quickly, we are grateful to them and this house! The host's experience is very pleasant.

We enjoyed a spectacular sunset with a beautiful panoramic view. The accommodation is very comfortable, cozy, safe and above all with one of the best views of Granada and the great lake.

Max and Lesther are high quality people. Their deep humanity stands out and is reflected in the home and hospitality. Many have beautiful homes, but not everyone is thoughtful, kind, and compassionate and expresses that through their words and actions. I would recommend their space over and over for these reasons especially. If you want a peaceful, beautiful, nature-admiring getaway reflective of people with heart and integrity, this is it.
