We had a great stay! There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and grill was great for bringing everyone together. Everything was very clean and cared for - the caretakers of the property do a fantastic job and were so nice. We loved going to big rock waterfall and the rio frio cave which were both nearby. It is a bit isolated so getting groceries was a task, but there was a very nice restaurant at the resort nearby (although a bit pricey). Also one of the three houses did not have AC which was a bit brutal in the august heat, and we were appreciative of the provided fans and screens for the windows. Overall a very nice experience and stay.

This was the perfect place for our group! We only wish we could have stayed longer. Catherine was super nice and flexible! We felt privileged to enjoy this space!

Paradise! Everything about our stay here was absolutely perfect. The three units and grounds were impeccable. We were traveling as two families and the set up was ideal for that. Caretakers Eli and Andrew were so sweet and take amazing care of the grounds and pool. We also really appreciated all of the information and maps to the local adventures that were provided. The stay was so quiet and peaceful, but with plenty of activities right on site for kids and adults. It's a birdwatchers paradise as well! Definitely recommend 4WD for the drive in, its bumpy in spots, but after the first trip you get used to it and its totally worth it. 110% recommend this stay!

🌿 Perfect Getaway in Nature! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars Our stay at Kane Villas in Mountain Pine Ridge was absolutely peaceful and calming just what we needed for my husband’s surprise birthday weekend! We were able to surprise him perfectly, and we had such a wonderful time BBQing, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the beautiful nature all around us. The space offered so much privacy, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds and crickets at night. The sky was breathtaking, filled with stars it truly felt magical. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully updated. A big thank you to Andrew and his wife, the groundskeepers, who were always available and kind whenever we needed anything. We felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. The ride into the villas wasn’t bad at all and totally worth it for the peace and serenity once you arrive. We had so much fun and laughter during our stay and would absolutely recommend Kane Villas to anyone.

This place is amazing and beautiful! Host is very responsive and helpful. The site has caretakers on the grounds if you need anything, who showed us around the site when we arrived. It's definitely remote , but extremely peaceful, so don't let that deter you. We would stay again. The mahalo house doesn't have AC, and there are no dishwashers or microwaves in any of the houses, so it takes a bit longer to cook things and clean up. Also no washers or dryers, we used sinks and the sun. Our whole family loved each house and the pool and cornhole were evening favorites. If you're staying, definitely drive to caracol , big rock waterfall, Rio frio cave, and Rio on pools. Don't miss out on this place!

This place is so beautiful with lots of space for a big group and amazing views! A walkable cave and waterfall is a must if you stay in the area!!

Very Nice stay on a nice location.

Wow! The pictures are outstanding but nothing compares to seeing Kane Villas in person! We were blown away. The grounds are amazing and immaculately maintained. We rented all 3 villas for our family and enjoyed having the space and privacy. Catherine is an excellent host with outstanding communication, proactive directions and recommendations .Our only regret is we did not stay longer. Do not hesitate to book Kane Villas.

Off the beaten path but amazing villa. Super close to Big Rock Falls which was awesome for cooling off. Could still get by without but the recommendation for 4x4 was spot on based on the dirt road to the villa. A couple very nice restaurants located within 10 minutes at local lodges. Great place especially if you want peace and quiet.

Loved everything about this place! It exceeded our expectations.
