The Space
This two-story, loft-style house offers expansive views in both directions: mountains from the front and the beach from the rear. A spectacular 7-meter window fills the master bedroom with natural light.
Located directly on Malibu beach, the house provides exclusive access to the beach. Security fencing with electric wiring offers added safety during your stay, while the integrated kitchen features refined European finishes.
The spacious, minimalist interior includes comfortable bedrooms and a thoughtful layout with areas for socializing, working, enjoying nature, and taking in the sea breeze. The beach is ideal for surfing and spending time with friends and family.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, six private parking spaces, the social area, direct beach access, the barbecue area, and the adult pool.

The house is designed in a loft style, with windows and balconies featuring industrial iron and cable railings.
The rate increases by $35 per guest per night for groups of more than 12 guests.

I loved it! The house is super nice, with air conditioning in all the rooms and the common area. It's safe, and Manuel and Kenny are super attentive. I would definitely stay there again. It has an exit to the beach, and in general, the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend 🫰🏻

The house is in the perfect location next to the beach. We loved going back and forth from the pool to the beach, and being within walking distance to two restaurants and the beach club. The house was very comfortable. We were a little disappointed with the gas grill’s inefficiency, but, it was still usable. Manuel and Kenny were very attentive and helpful. It was a memorable trip, thanks to our incredible accommodations.

Manuel was very helpful answering our questions ahead of time. It was good to know that we needed to bring our own beach towels (bath towels are provided). The house has a hair dryer but no baby supplies. The private chef he recommended went above and beyond our expectations! Our biggest challenge was that the map on Airbnb was not accurate and we ended up arriving after dark due to issues with our car rental. It looked like the house is past the beach club but it is actually before it. If you hit it you have gone too far! Best part of the house is the yard. We all enjoyed the hammocks, pool, and direct beach access. We also liked hiking down to the river, once at low tide and once at high tide. Had a lovely dinner at Bistro at Bahia which is close to house. They also have a small bar with food on the beach that we enjoyed at sunset.

The house is spectacular: beautiful, spacious, very clean, and with excellent service. Ideal for groups. The terrace and pool are dreamlike. I recommend arriving during the day, as the access is sandy, uneven, and not lit. Overall, a very good experience and a perfect place to unwind.

Modern and rather well-equipped house. Just to let you know that there is no or little hot water in the 2 showers. Very responsive hotel otherwise.

Be prepared. bring enough food, drinks etc for your stay. nothing nearby. Walk to where Rio Chame enters the ocean. beautiful. Hot Water is only in the showers, and not very robust. beautiful location, bad roads, but a great place to stay and relax.

We had a great time staying at Manuel’s place and gathering family together to celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed spending a ton of time outside using the pool, the grill, the fire pit, and the easy access to the beach. The open floor plan on the main floor was great for socializing, meals, etc. Great set up for a medium sized group!
