The Space
This modern beach house is situated within the exclusive, gated community of Hermosa Palms in Playa Hermosa. It offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in a single-family layout. The two full bathrooms and bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the half bathroom is on the first floor.
The home includes air conditioning units in every bedroom, ceiling fans throughout all indoor and outdoor spaces, and built-in hot water—a rare feature in Costa Rica. Parking is available for two vehicles at the house, with additional street parking nearby.
The backyard features a covered patio equipped with ceiling fans, an eight-person dining area, a private pool, and a built-in gourmet barbecue. The rooftop deck is covered and includes a bar top with bench seating, perfect for enjoying sunsets.

My wife, myself, my parents, and my two kids all stayed for a week and had an incredible time. It was amazing to have a private pool as a respite from the beach, and we enjoyed multiple evenings with the BBQ and big table outside. The roof deck is also such a beautiful place to sit. Fruit trees and macaws abound. The place was beautiful and wonderfully located. Highly recommend.

This place was the perfect retreat for peace and comfort. The house was spacious, well-organized, and immaculately clean, with everything we needed easily within reach. We loved spending time at the house, relaxing by the pool, or heading to the club to meet people and take in the breathtaking sunsets. Yoyo's Bar quickly became a favorite spot, offering delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Roberto was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
