The 4 full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for larger groups. They are clean and well maintained, with reliable hot water and good water pressure. Fresh towels and linens are provided, along with an initial supply of soap and toilet paper.

Important Information

Elevated Villas with Stunning Views

The villas are located atop a picturesque mountain, offering privacy and panoramic ocean and sunset views.

Utility Deposit and Charges

A separate utility deposit is required at the time of booking. Because of the unique challenges of island living, utility expenses are charged separately based on the number of occupants, the length of the stay, and actual consumption.

Meter readings are taken before and after check-out so guests are billed only for the utilities used. Any difference in usage will be refunded or billed after the stay.

Dedicated Groundskeeper

A dedicated groundskeeper and caretaker maintains the water supply, house, pool, grounds, and flower beds. Assistance is available during the stay if needed.
