Drinking water is available in large bottles for 20,000 Colombian pesos each.
House Rules
The condominium is peaceful, and parties are not permitted. Music and noise must stop after 1:00 a.m.
The pizza oven located in the barbecue area is not available for use.
Entrance Fee
The condominium charges an entrance fee of 23,000 Colombian pesos for each guest over 12 years of age. Payment must be made electronically directly to the condominium’s Bancolombia account or through the Bre-B payment key.

A very nice place to share as a family, good spaces, quiet, safe. The complex has several interesting services, although we didn't use them. Very good location, lots of nature. The people who helped us during the stay provided very good service and were very helpful!! Guillermo was helpful and always responded quickly to all our concerns!

The house is located in a very quiet place. You can hear the birds singing. It is clean and comfortable, and the people who helped us with the cooking and cleaning were very friendly. They prepared delicious food. Great place to rest and spend time with family.

A very comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious house. The weather is very nice and the complex is very safe. Guillermo is very attentive to answering any questions. Ms. Gladys took very good care of us and cooks very well.

We had a wonderful time in Apulo. Ms. Gladys made our family feel right at home. She took great care of us while we were there and made delicious meals. We will be back for sure in the future. We also really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, walking around and seeing all of the beautiful scenery and bridges. Great place to relax and charge, thank you Guillermo!!

The place is very cozy. It is far from the town, so it is better to bring everything at once. But the place is quiet and super complete. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for everyone. Don Guillermo helped us with flexible check-in and check-out at no extra charge. Very friendly! And the ladies who help in the house are very friendly. They are incredibly skilled in the kitchen, and they tidied up the rooms without us knowing it, leaving everything perfect for us. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back!

Our stay at the house was excellent. From the very beginning, we would like to highlight the impeccable cleanliness and organization of all the spaces, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The house has spacious and very well laid-out areas, ideal for relaxing and spending time together as a group. In addition, it is very well equipped, with everything you need for a worry-free stay. A special highlight is the support of the ladies who help with the cooking and keeping the house tidy: they are always very attentive, friendly, and willing to help, which really makes the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a perfect place to unwind and enjoy yourself. We will be back soon. Totally recommended!
