The Airbnb is well located, in a quiet and peaceful area, easy to get to downtown and relatively close to the beach. However, the place requires more maintenance (the structure is old, the showers and screens for example did not work well) and cleaning (the kitchen and grill had dust, the bathroom downstairs was not very clean, nor the pool area). All in all, Idania was attentive throughout the stay, and the proximity to downtown Jacó is a super plus.

Idania is a great host. She is helpful, responsible and very focused on making you feel comfortable. Totally recommend this house. Great location and a very private place to stay. Will totally book it again.

Recommended, Idania is super attentive and responds very quickly. Easy check-in and she gives very clear instructions. The place is just as shown in the photos and has good parking. Clean house with all the amenities that are in the reference. We will definitely be back

Idania is very friendly and helpful. However, you must check in and leave the property to provide privacy in the same way if you are going to arrive by a or b you must notify in advance because you arrive by surprise without knocking. The place is equivalent to two stars, I think the price is higher than what you get from the property. You must ensure that you remove the dog feces and wash away the urine. The smell is sickening when you arrive.

A very spacious and nice house, we celebrated a bachelorette party. Super spacious for 12 girls, we had a great time. The place is very safe and Idania was always super attentive before and after our arrival. I would definitely come back.
