The Space
Perfect for families and groups, this spacious apartment is located on the fourth floor of Park Royal Hotel in Cancun’s Hotel Zone. An elevator provides easy access, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The apartment is fully equipped with the necessary items and appliances for a comfortable stay. It also features a private terrace with ocean views and a plunge pool.
The hotel staff sanitize the common areas daily.
Location
The condo is situated in one of the best areas and on one of the finest beaches in Cancun’s Hotel Zone. La Isla Shopping Village is directly across the street, offering entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and more.
A bus stop is located in front of the condo. Buses travel throughout the city and connect to attractions such as Market 28, an authentic Mexican market.
Hotel Access and All-Inclusive Option
Guests have unrestricted access to the beach and pools. Access to the hotel’s restaurants and bars requires purchasing an All-Inclusive pass for every member of your party.
The All-Inclusive service is subject to the hotel’s terms, conditions, and availability. The host is not responsible for this service.
At the hotel next to the condo, guests may purchase an All-Inclusive bracelet, which includes food and alcoholic beverages:
- Adults: $80 USD per person, per day
- Children under 12: $45 USD per person, per day
- Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks
Food and beverages at Park Royal Hotel are provided by the hotel and are subject to its terms and conditions. Prices may change due to exchange-rate fluctuations.

The host has additional rooms in the same tower, which may be suitable for larger groups. Contact the host if you are traveling with a large party.
The All-Inclusive option has an additional cost and is subject to availability due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The view is spectacular, the terrace is beautiful. The location is very good, on the beach and in front of the shopping. The beach is very nice. The bad: a burner did not work, the oven is very small, the air conditioning cannot regulate the temperature and it is very cold but they did not want us to turn it off. The complex is quite neglected, broken beach chairs, the pool is small. A very bad thing is that they let jet skis pass between people who are swimming in the sea. Lifeguards violently pull guests out of the swimming area (right in front of the complex) so that motorcycles can pass. Very dangerous as they pass between children. The lifeguards beat the guests!! Communication with the host was not very good: There were 6 of us and there were 5 forks. I asked them to bring more and it took them two days to bring them, after writing to them several times already angry. It took days to respond to queries.

Good location and views. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning, dirty. Host could be better responding, read one of my messages, but never replied. Also should let guests know in advance that small washcloths aren't provided.

Loved our stay here. Everything was clean and as described. The soaking tub outside was a plus. The views were amazing! The only hiccup we had was that each restroom had two (not complete) rolls of toilet paper. For ten girls, for 4 days, that is not enough. I messaged to have some more delivered and it took a little more than 4 hours to get a response. Eventually we got more delivered. Also lot of the electrical outlets in the rooms didn’t work so that was an annoyance but nothing major. Overall we had a great time here and would return.

Great location, the view was amazing! Right in front of La Isla which has some food, stores, and easy to get anywhere. The hot tub was great, beach was clean. Overall great.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!
