The Space

Villa Casa Blanca is a spacious and comfortable retreat located in the heart of Granada's old town, just two blocks from the lively main street, La Calzada, known for its restaurants and nightlife. This colonial-style villa blends traditional charm with modern amenities, offering a peaceful oasis away from the bustling street.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests with:

• Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
• One mezzanine bedroom
• A mezzanine area with an additional queen-size bed and smart TV
• A fifth queen-size bed located below the mezzanine

Both the living room and bedrooms feature smart TVs with Netflix access.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a 42-inch smart TV. High ceilings and ceiling fans keep the space cool and airy throughout the day.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• A 4-burner gas stove
• A large refrigerator with freezer
• All basic cooking essentials

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table overlooking the pool patio, perfect for meals with family and friends.

At the center of the villa is a private swimming pool measuring approximately 6 by 2.5 meters (20 by 8 feet), featuring both shallow and deep ends. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, including palm trees and flowers, creating a serene atmosphere.

Location

Casa Blanca is situated on a quiet side street in the center of Granada's old town, just steps away from the vibrant main street La Calzada. Despite its central location, the villa offers privacy and tranquility.

For guests with vehicles, a secured overnight parking lot is available 50 meters from the house at a cost of 50 Córdobas per night. Rosa, the caretaker, can assist with parking arrangements.
