Blue Parrot Beach House is located in the desirable Hopkins Resort Zone. Several restaurants, beach bars, tour operators, and a PADI dive shop are within a short walk along the beach or road. Guests can explore Hopkins without relying on a vehicle or use the complimentary golf cart to travel farther.

Property Details

The house is a freestanding property in the resort zone. It has four main entrances, one for each bedroom, allowing guests to enjoy privacy throughout their stay.

The private beach house includes a private pool and a golden beach. The property is not shared with other resorts or individuals.

Under Belize law, all property within 66 feet of the waterline is public property, also known as Queen's Land.

Although certain properties own the docks, all docks are located on public property in the ocean. The public may access a dock when it is not being used by the dock owner.

Other Things to Note

Exterior security cameras are installed facing the parking area and the beach.

We respect our guests' privacy, particularly when groups of friends are traveling together. Please note that there is no internal staircase on the property.

To help you relax during your vacation, complimentary laundry service is provided by the housekeeper. If you choose to use the washer and dryer yourself, you assume responsibility for any damage caused.
