The Private 2.300m2 Property gracefully sits on a mountain with commanding views of the valley beneath and part of the Golf Course and Condominium, sleeps Up to 21 guests*. The villa is an open 670 m2 construction with 7 rooms (of which one is a sleeping studio and two are small simple rooms sharing a bathroom), 6 full bathrooms, a large open living room and a comfortable kitchen with all appliances, cookware, tableware, water dispenser, ice machine, stove, oven, gas B.B.Q, Tepanyaki & much more. In the main terrace you can enjoy the private pool, a "floating" social area, large dinning spaces and more. The house has satellite free Wifi, flat screen tv´s, and a ping pong table.

The Villa is located in the high end of Entrepuentes a small & exclusive low density gated condominium. Play golf in the award winning 9 hole par 31 course, play a match of "micro football" or go for a tennis match day or night in one of the tennis courts. Hike, jog or ride bikes trough the private treks crossing forests, old railroad tracks and heritage bridges. The condominium charges a entrance fee of 22.000 pesos (USD 4.5) per person in the main gate. Children 12 years and younger are not charged.

Full access to all of the condominium. Golf and tennis available at a small fee. Full access and use of the 670m2 private villa including the pool and all facilities Full access to the 2.300m2 property, gardens & terraces. Free WiFi, TV and more. All Towels and linens included. All appliances, kitchenware & tableware included. Most toiletries included. Full Spa sessions can be arranged at the renowned Entremontes Wellness Hotel & Spa located just a few meters away from the condominium main entrance. We can also arrange for a massage therapist to treat you at the house. We can arrange for horseback riding trips. House maids charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 25) per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market! Contact us for any question or request regarding your stay!

Please note: The house has 7 rooms of which one is a studio that can be adapted as sleeping room and two others are samller basicr rooms located downstairs that are intended for service personnel, kids/teens as they can be perceived as less comfortable than the rest of the available sleeping rooms.

Please note, the cleanning fee and the maid service fee are separate and different. The small cleanning fee charged trough Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to you arrival and the cleaning of it after your departure. The house maids charge covers their work during your stay and you will pay directly to them before checkout.

Any need can be arranged for you, from transportation from Bogota or the airport to the property, buying groceries for your stay, hiring extra maids, arranging a horseback riding trip, booking a session at the spa or calling a masseuse to the house. If it can be done we will find a way. We will do all in our reach to make your stay memorable. Contact us for any question or request regarding your stay!

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.

The condominium charges an entrance fee of COP$ 22.000 pesos/guest (USD$ 5 dollars/guest) for people over age 12.
