This Appartement was perfect for our family. The property is beautiful, quiet and nice. Pool was great and so close to beautiful beach. Patricia was helpful and everything was clean. Location was okay, we took a Taxi downtown town wich took us only 10 min.

Clean, spacious, well appointed. This space was perfect for our family of four, including our 8 year old (loved the pool and the beach) and our 1 year old (baby chair, pack-and-play, climate-controlled room with dark curtains perfect for naps and full nights of sleep). The pool is very kid friendly. Overall a wonderful stay if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun, sea, and time with family.

Everything 100%. Paty was very friendly and helpful, she supported us in everything we requested and got us an excellent cook, we had a great time

Overall Patricia’s place is amazing, it was not the first time for us staying at Mareazul condos, so we already knew what we were heading to, and we love this place, it is constantly monitored by their security guards, and the place is beautiful. Sadly, by this time of the year, the beach is filled of seaweeds and sargassum making it impossible to enjoy it let alone dive into the sea. Patricia was also very attentive and responsive to all our needs and questions, she was really wonderful and the condo was indeed beautiful, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the water heater/boiler. The heater was in a very bad shape and it started leaking water to the point that we had to mop almost daily. We expressed this concern with her and she stated that heater had a few months old since they recently purchased it, but the cleaning lady stated that they also reported that issue months ago and it was not true that this incident was recent. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
