Casa de las Azucenas is a modern, three-story home designed for comfort and character. It features three color-themed bedrooms, a spa shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic mountain views, a barbecue grill, and warm string lights for evenings beneath the Xela sky.
The home accommodates up to seven guests across three uniquely designed bedrooms. Each room has its own mountain or garden view and distinct color theme:
- The Yellow Room: Queen bed, garden and patio views, and a warm, bright atmosphere.
- The Green Room: Queen bed, sweeping views of the front of the house, and a large private balcony.
- The Orange and Pink Suite: Queen bed, full bed, spa shower, and a small private balcony.
All three floors are exclusively yours, with no shared spaces with other guests. The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the main floor, while the indoor fireplace adds warmth and comfort on cool Xela nights.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare a full family meal. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace offers:
- Lounge seating
- Barbecue grill
- Panoramic views of the surrounding mountains
The home is located inside a gated residential community in La Esperanza with 24-hour security. Gated parking is available on the property at no additional cost.
Flexible check-in is available for any arrival time.
Guest Access
You will have the entire three-story home to yourself, including:
- All bedrooms
- All floors
- The rooftop terrace
- The backyard
There are no shared spaces with other guests or the host. Keypad entry and keys are provided, allowing you to come and go with ease.
Other Things to Note
One garden room is currently being renovated and will remain closed during your stay. This does not affect access to any of the three bedrooms or common areas.
After booking, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide with recommended restaurants, tour suggestions, and instructions for reserving the Casa Botran experience.

Ana & Babette's home is simply spectacular, attention to detail is surprising, super comfortable, nicely furnished, equipped and decorated. I am very grateful for the excellent attention they gave to me and my family. I recommend it with my eyes closed, I had never felt as comfortable and satisfied as in Ana and Babette's house. We will definitely be back very soon.

Overall we had a great stay. The home was clean. Great location. The Neighborhood is very quite and safe. The community is gated and tucked away. If you are staying in Xela this is a great place to stay. The roof area and the fireplace were our favorite things about the home.
