Tulum is a beautiful jungle beach town where services such as electricity, water, and Wi-Fi may occasionally be intermittent. The tropical climate and Caribbean infrastructure can sometimes cause temporary service interruptions. This is part of experiencing and embracing nature in its most authentic form.
The air and pool water temperatures are similar. Leaves may occasionally collect in the pool as a natural result of being surrounded by the jungle.

The place is amazing for relaxing with a lot of privacy and easy access. The pool is great for cooling off, and there is a store and pharmacy very close by. The hosts were always attentive.

Pleasant, private accommodation with good space. It is only recommended to bring repellent, since the area, or Tulum, which is a jungle area, has mosquitoes 😁

Great home, recommend get a car or a scooter to get around, only local shop and pharmacy at walking distance, the area is new , safe, and well put together. Home is beautiful just keep in mind there is no sun in the apartment area, sun bathing is not possible near your pool, but everything else great. Highly recommend

One of the greater issues was not having a car because it is located 15 minutes from Tulum beach area and they wanted 42 USD each way. We could cycle and walk to many things, but it would be better to have a car.. There was an abundance of taxi’s but they were expensive.

We had a wonderful stay and received outstanding service from the hosts! In addition to the many highly relevant recommendations for activities and restaurants, they were very responsive and welcoming. The location is great for enjoying both the beaches and the Centro. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and there are several restaurants. The condo is really beautiful and comfortable inside. However, we highly recommend adding chairs and/or cushions and tables for outdoor dining in order to enjoy the terrace and pool. Unfortunately, we had to bother the hosts to ensure that the pool was of a suitable quality. It is beautiful and pleasant, but there is no filter, so the water becomes cloudy in no time. However, their quick response and the excellent service provided by our hosts allowed everything to be resolved quickly. Thank you for everything!

The host was amazing. Super helpful from start to finish. When we arrived the place was extremely clean. The A/C was on as well as the fans. It was welcoming. We felt right at home. The host sent us recommendations on things to do, restaurants and cafes in the area. Check in was easy as well as check out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

This place is really like the pictures and even better. We had a very nice communication with the host so don’t hesitate. Also we had so many bad surprises booking other homes that didn’t match with pictures and description and this one is very accurate. Very nice and safe gated community !
