Booking Information

• Rates vary according to the number of guests. Please verify your guest information before booking.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children and infants.
• At least two members of the group, including the person making the reservation, must be over 30 years old.

Guest Access and Services

Guests have private access to the entire house. Entry instructions will be emailed one day before arrival.

Daily cleaning and housekeeping services are available Monday through Saturday.

A single parking space is included at a nearby public parking lot located approximately 1.5 blocks from the property. Additional parking can be arranged through a valet parking service for $100 MXN per hour or $500 MXN per night with advance notice.

Additional Information

The house pool is maintained at 28°C (82.4°F). The temperature can be increased to 30°C (86°F) for an additional $200 MXN per day.

Casa Suspiros is committed to supporting San Miguel de Allende and actively participates in social-impact projects. A percentage of rental income is donated to BASMA, the Food Bank of San Miguel de Allende. This charitable nonprofit organization preserves food for preparation, distribution, and donation.

To help reduce the property’s environmental impact, Casa Suspiros is equipped with solar panels that generate electricity for the property’s entire operation. The house also has water filters and promotes waste reduction through the use of reusable bottles, with the goal of continually improving resource efficiency.

We encourage zero-emission transportation through Tesla vehicles in partnership with Aventino Transport, a 100% Mexican company specializing in guest transportation to and from the property.
