Booking Requirements

• One-night stays are available for a Friday or Saturday night when the booking date is within two days of the stay date.
• Otherwise, Friday and Saturday nights require a two-night minimum stay:
  • Thursday and Friday
  • Friday and Saturday

The Space

Check-In Name Requirement

Please provide the first and last name of the person responsible for checking into the condominium at the front desk. The name must match the guest’s government-issued identification, which the front desk will require at check-in.

The responsible guest’s name must be provided when submitting the booking or booking request, not during an inquiry. If no name is provided, the name associated with the Airbnb account submitting the booking request will be entered on the reservation.

The name cannot be changed on the guest’s Airbnb account after the booking has been accepted to avoid this requirement. A fee may apply for changing the name after the booking is accepted.

Resort and Building Information

• The condominium is located within a resort and a multistory building, as shown in the photos.
• The front desk assigns the unit at check-in, similar to a hotel, so the unit may be located on any floor.
• Listings described as a cottage, casita, or similar accommodation are not located in multistory buildings.
• The resort is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
• The resort maintains its standards through ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and refurbishment. Unit features may therefore change over time and may vary.
• Please review all provided information carefully, as some entries may contain incorrect default information that cannot be corrected.

Pool Information

• When listed as an amenity, pool hours are typically 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Outdoor pools may be seasonal in colder climates.
• Pools and hot tubs require occasional maintenance.

Security Deposit

At check-in, the resort front desk places a $250 security deposit hold on a credit or debit card for potential damages. The hold is released after departure.

Pet Policy

Absolutely no pets are allowed. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify the host in writing before booking.
