Apartment 5B is a spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in a central Panama City location, just minutes from Casco Viejo, Cinta Costera, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping.

Designed for families and groups, the apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and Smart TVs.

Guests also have access to shared building amenities, including a swimming pool, rooftop gym, sauna, terrace, and massage room.

The Space

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Smart TVs are available in the living room and Bedrooms 1, 3, 4, and 5.

Bathrooms

The apartment has four full bathrooms:

• Bedrooms 1 and 4 each have a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedrooms 2, 3, and 5 share two full hallway bathrooms.
• Hot water is available throughout the apartment.
• A hair dryer is provided in the master bathroom.

Living Room

The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, providing a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the city.

Dining Area

The dining area offers a comfortable setting for meals and time together.

A cleaning supplies room is located just outside the apartment, providing convenient access to additional cleaning items during your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and shared access to the following building amenities:

• Ground-floor swimming pool
• Rooftop gym
• Rooftop sauna
• Rooftop terrace
• Rooftop massage room
• Lobby area

The elevator reaches the sixth floor. To access the rooftop, guests must continue upstairs using the stairs.

The building has a backup water reserve tank that supplies the entire building. A generator supports the common areas and elevator during power outages.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in may be available at no additional charge when there are no guests checking out on the same day. Because availability depends on the previous reservation, it can normally be confirmed the day before arrival.

Late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available for $100. After 12:00 PM, an additional night must be reserved.

Guests are always welcome to store their luggage with us after check-out if they have a later flight or plans in the city.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The building has:

• Six covered parking spaces
• One uncovered parking space

Street parking is also available nearby.

Visitors

Visitors are permitted inside the apartment, provided that house rules and maximum occupancy requirements are respected. Building amenities are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, particularly on balconies and in shared areas.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets may be accepted with prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

1. How many guests can the apartment accommodate?

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across five bedrooms:

2. How many bathrooms are there?

There are four full bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 4 each have a private ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2, 3, and 5 share two full hallway bathrooms.

3. Are towels and linens included?

Yes. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also available for use at the building’s pool.

4. Are toiletries provided?

Basic starter toiletries are provided for your arrival, including:

For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on their usage.

5. Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

6. Are there televisions in the apartment?

Smart TVs are available in the living room and Bedrooms 1, 3, 4, and 5. Bedroom 2 does not have a television.

Guests can access streaming services using their own accounts.

7. Does the apartment have air conditioning?

Yes. Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and all five bedrooms.

8. Is hot water available?

Yes. Hot water is available throughout the apartment.

9. Is the tap water safe to drink?

Yes. Tap water in Panama City is potable and safe to drink.

10. Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes. The apartment has a compact two-in-one washer/dryer. Combination machines have longer washing and drying cycles than traditional separate machines.

11. Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, standard drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

There is no dishwasher.

12. Is there a pool?

Yes. A shared swimming pool is located on the ground floor.

Guests are asked to avoid using the pool after 9:00 PM whenever possible and to keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours.

13. Is there a gym?

Yes. The shared gym is located on the rooftop.

The elevator reaches the sixth floor. From there, guests must take the stairs to the rooftop.

14. Is there a sauna?

Yes. Guests have access to a shared sauna on the rooftop.

15. Are massages available?

Yes. In-house massages can be arranged in the rooftop massage room.

The massage room accommodates one person at a time, so massages for multiple guests are scheduled back-to-back.

16. Can we store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. A luggage storage area is available in the lobby.

Guests may store luggage with us after check-out if needed. Luggage storage before check-in is also available.

17. Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The building has six covered parking spaces and one uncovered space. Street parking is also available nearby.

18. How does check-in work?

The building and apartment use electronic smart locks for convenient self check-in.

Detailed check-in instructions, including access codes, are sent on the morning of arrival. Manual keys are also available upon request for guests who prefer not to use electronic access codes.

19. Can I check in early?

If there is no same-day check-out before your arrival, early check-in is usually available at no additional charge.

Availability can normally be confirmed the day before arrival. If the apartment is still being prepared, you may leave your luggage with us and begin exploring the city.

20. Can I check out late?

Late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for $100. After 12:00 PM, an additional night must be reserved.

Regardless of late check-out availability, guests may store their luggage with us after the regular 10:00 AM check-out.

21. Is cleaning available during the stay?

Yes. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

For this five-bedroom apartment:

• Basic cleaning, including towel change: $100 per day
• Full cleaning, including towel and linen change: $150 per day

Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate with the cleaning team.

22. Are a crib or high chair available?

A Pack & Play can be provided for $50 per stay, subject to availability.

A high chair can be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Please request baby equipment in advance so it can be prepared for your arrival.

23. Are visitors allowed?

Yes. Visitors are welcome inside the apartment as long as house rules and maximum occupancy requirements are respected.

Building amenities, including the pool, gym, sauna, and rooftop areas, are exclusively for registered guests.

Parties and events are not permitted.

24. Is the apartment suitable for Shabbat-observant guests?

Yes. We regularly accommodate Shabbat-observant guests and can provide manual keys for access through the parking entrance and apartment.

A hot plate and timer can also be arranged upon request.
