The Space

This listing is for a private one-bedroom Jack and Jill studio with its own bathroom, kitchen, and entrance. It is not a standalone home or an entire property. The space is secured within a locked gate enclosure, making it a very safe option, especially for female guests. This accommodation offers a great alternative to staying in a hostel.

Outside, there is a gas barbecue by the pool and a shaded garden area.

The studio features unlimited 5G high-speed internet and parking space for one car. Please note that the gate is not electric. The price is based on occupancy for two people. The bedroom contains a full-size queen bed that is very comfortable.

Important Details About the Space

It is important to understand that this is not a fully private property. A responsible house manager lives in the main home on the premises and may have one or two dogs. Your studio is separate and blocked off from the main house. The dogs stay indoors most of the day but may occasionally bark or try to greet you. They are friendly.

This studio has its own entrance via the main sliding glass door. It is not suitable for guests who plan to be loud or stay up late drinking inside the room. Drinking is allowed on the patio, but the space is intended to remain peaceful and free from disruptive behavior.

You may hear some noise from neighbors or the main house, but it is generally minimal. Please be aware that the host cannot control external noises such as cars or people nearby.

If you need assistance, the house manager is available either onsite or by phone. You will receive the manager’s contact information upon booking.

Please note that free streaming services may change or be logged out by previous guests. The host does not provide Netflix or other streaming accounts. You are welcome to sign in with your own account but must remember to sign out before leaving.

While the Wi-Fi speed is adequate for basic internet use and streaming movies, it is not the fastest available. This place is ideal for guests looking to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors, including nearby forests and beaches. The accommodation serves as a comfortable place to rest after outdoor activities.

Essential supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap are provided. However, coffee, sugar, and similar items may not always be available due to previous guests using or taking them. Guests are not required to leave these items behind, but for sanitary reasons, any leftover consumables may be discarded.
